We especially loved the wide range of breakfast buffet spread. There were Nasi Lemak, Lontong, Kway Teow Soup, Porridge, Cereals & a few western dishes. Taste was fantastic! The swimming pool was good too. With 3 different stages, perfect for families travelling with young children like ours. Situated at the 11th floor, the city view was perfect. Can even see... More

We especially loved the wide range of breakfast buffet spread. There were a variety of famous local dishes, porridge & cereals for the kids & a few western dishes like sausages, baked beans & bread. Taste was fantastic! I personally loved the Rendang! The outdoor pool was good. With 3 different depth levels, perfect for families travelling with young children... More

Rude staffs, bad service, filthy toilet, old tv with bad reception. The worst hotel experience ever abroad or local. Will never suggest my family, friends and colleagues to this hotel. -Negative star-

My family and I stayed here a couple of times since year 2012 , but the recent experience stay was not pleasant . The hotel is in need of some major improvement. HR - Please train your front row reception (the ladies especially) to greet and answer guests with a smile. Rooms were outdated and the level smell were so... More

Although the rooms have not seen a renovation for a long time, it is large, clean, and all the equipment works. Housekeeping is very good and responds very soon. Generous with the /coffee teabags, milk and sugar, beds very comfortable. We got to spend the huge saving on meals and massages available outside. DO NOT ARRANGE A CAB FROM THE... More

Stayed for 5 nights for training. The room was ok, a bit smelly (damp), the uneven floor of the toilet causing the water to stay there forever. Not sure bout smoking zone, coz the whole floor (21st) is smelly. WIFI at rooms are charged RM15 for 24hours - something I not look forward into. The furnitures - 90s with classic... More

generally quite spacious and price are reasonable to short getaway to JB. but still got room for improvement in term of those furniture, TV, bathtub etc. can get more promotion to attract public as you hav a good location to gain a market share compare to new york hotel, grand paragon which located deeper than you.
