Travelled to Selesa to attend edu seminar for child's pre-U intake. Winding spiral driveway up/down 4-8 flr parking is a gruelling experience with the v-shaped exit almost certain to cause scratches on left passenger doors and bumper dents. Air-cond is set low with many in the audience having to fan themselves. The room is old but decent. Buffet is passable... More

I got room 2010. The carpet is very old and haven't changed for years. Very dusty and smells damp. I had to ask for room slippers. The mattress may give you itch if you have allergy towards dusts and bed bugs. Overall, I am not satisfied with such price, ambience and service. The parking lot was very scary and dangerous.... We especially loved the wide range of breakfast buffet spread. There were Nasi Lemak, Lontong, Kway Teow Soup, Porridge, Cereals & a few western dishes. Taste was fantastic! The swimming pool was good too. With 3 different stages, perfect for families travelling with young children like ours. Situated at the 11th floor, the city view was perfect. Can even see... More

We especially loved the wide range of breakfast buffet spread. There were a variety of famous local dishes, porridge & cereals for the kids & a few western dishes like sausages, baked beans & bread. Taste was fantastic! I personally loved the Rendang! The outdoor pool was good. With 3 different depth levels, perfect for families travelling with young children... More

Rude staffs, bad service, filthy toilet, old tv with bad reception. The worst hotel experience ever abroad or local. Will never suggest my family, friends and colleagues to this hotel. -Negative star-

My family and I stayed here a couple of times since year 2012 , but the recent experience stay was not pleasant . The hotel is in need of some major improvement. HR - Please train your front row reception (the ladies especially) to greet and answer guests with a smile. Rooms were outdated and the level smell were so... More
