Booked for imperial deluxe. Ask for non-smoking but was given smoking room. Worn down rooms. Air-con not cold. Sink choked. Kettle cannot be used. Once used, power trip & black out d whole room. Dirty carpet. Overall, hotel rooms need to do refurbishment.

The Puteri Pacific reminds me of an old lady . . . The good is that she is comfortable, friendly, can cook well and is too old to try pretend to be 'modern' and new. The bad is that she has that worn look and smells slightly 'old' and you can see that some 'refurbishments' are being done The ugly... More

This hotel used to be the 'glamour' location during its heydays in the late 90's to early 2000. It has since the late 2000 lost its glamour and style. I stayed for a business trip in what was a high deluxe room but was disappointed by the quality of the room. Though I had a good sleep, the hotel decor... More

Stayed with my family for 2 nights. Booked online at their website. Not too bad a deal. This hotel is quite close to the Malaysian CIQ, next to Persada convention centre and next to the newly upgraded Kotaraya building. It is easy to look for food at the surrouding area and less than 5 mins walk to City Square. This hotel is... More

We stayed one night on 30/3, Sat. Overall, it is just an average hotel. Their check-in time is 3pm. Lucky, they allow us to check in slight early at 2 plus. However, we did not managed to get the connected rooms we wanted as they claimed the hotel was fully booked. That minus points as I thought such big 4... More

If you stay on the executive floor (15th), access to meals and drinks on the 16th floor is an "executive" perk as well as complimentary laundry service and a number of other benefits. My group of 10 all stayed on the 15th floor and visited the 16th floor daily. Jay's service on the 16th floor was over the top and... More

Friendly staff, however the hotel needs major makeover. The air cond wasn't functioning well when we came. Leaky faucet, no hot water, no towel hanger in the toilet and other than the lift being warm, it took a minute for the lift to actually close. The lift from the car park to the hotel was horrendous, it was full with... More
