JB's City center hotel located right in the business district is a popular spot for conventions and corporate meetings and trainings. Businessmen and trainers/consultants find this hotel convenient to reach out to the right target audience. Also popular for weddings and social functions. Rooms are clean and spacious and food is wonderfully delightful, tasty and well-presented

We were in Malaysia for 4 weeks and stayed at 7 different locations. This hotel was disappointing and not 5 star as advertised. We changed rooms 3 times as first room dirty bath no hand towels faulty electrical socket for kettle! Second room safe would not lock! Third time lucky on move to an executive room on top floor. Cold tea... More

Stayed at this hotel for a night under the Oncard membership. The rooms are pretty old and you would probably not want to use the bath tub. The buffet meal was quite acceptable but for the price charged for stay, it's no wonder there are few visitors.Even though there is a shopping center nearby, it's not a popular one compared... More

Overall it was a pleasant stay just only for some minor details in which we had to wait for our room. When i contacted the reservations a day prior to check in, I ask them if we could check in a little earlier at about 12.00-12:30pm so that my family could check in 1st & i could go for my... More

Stayed here a few times for staycations. Its a classic hotel. Not those modern and contemporary hotels. Furnishings are old. In some rooms, the surface of bath-tub is chipped. Flat screen TVs with good movie, cartoon and info channels. Aircon is very strong and cold. Nice view of the city and straits from higher floors. The main restaruant, Puteri Cafe serves... More

I had a very last minute trip to Johor Bahru and booked via booking.com at 9pm. Checked-in the hotel at 1am. Price - Rating: 3/5. Last minute booking price at RM180++, considered ok for weekdays and location of the hotel. My room has been upgraded to Executive Suite room. So no complaint for this. Friendliness of staff - Rating: 5/5.... More

The hotel is pleasant enough but needs a good clean below the surface. The rooms are pleasantly furnished and the linens and bathrooms are clean. However, dust abounds in the corners and the walls, windows and curtains are in desperate need of a wash. There are non smoking floors but it does seem that some of the smell still permeates,... Stay for two night, got assignment at nusajaya, I love room, quite big and look exclusive, nice view, breakfast at club floor with good selection of type of cuisines. Friendly staff, convenience for shopping around/ nearby the hotel. Had lunch at the coffe house, quite good selection but should tray the local malay cuisine restaurant, not regret. Will come again
