I’ve been here for 3 nights to attend seminar held at the PESADA Convention Centre located next to the Puteri Pacific. In my opinion, the service was great, the food was delicious and the room furnishing was new and clean. Located in the heart of the Johor Bahru city’s commercials and shopping complexes, the Puteri Pacific is just 5 minutes... more

We were staying for three days two nights. This is a promotion package from the hotel. The hotel always has promotion almost every day. Better if you check its website before making reservation through any travel agent. The room is spacious, I still have enough room even for the five members of my family. The facility inside the room is... more

There are few hotels in Johor that are rated highly. For a hotel located in the city, this was the best we could find when we did our reservation. From the outside of the hotel, it looks like the exterior was recently painted. It was more disappointing inside. The rooms has a certain weird smell. The ballroom has patches of... more

I stayed here for a night during a business trip, even though my house was located just a 10 minutes drive away. My company paid for it and so I decided to stay here rather than go home. We got a walk in rate at RM 150 per night for the cheapest room, which was actually very cheap compared to... more

We found the hotel to be super nice - hotels are pretty cheap here compared to Singapore - so we were not expecting much - as their website makes it look okay but you usually assume the reality is less than what you see online. But surprisingly, the hotel is better than their website! The lobby is really nice and... more

Definitely not a 5- or even a 4-star hotel. It is well located but that’s about it. This hotel has not been well maintained. The carpet is stained and looks shabby in the rooms as well as in the hallways. Non-smoking rooms smell of smoke. I had booked a Deluxe Princess room. I saw 3 rooms before I was allocated... more

We stayed at the suite which was nothing more than 2 rooms linked together - instead of another bed, is a couch. Not much luxury here. For the price definately not worth it. Between Pan Pac and Hyatt - both have very overpriced suites with no added luxuries. Both hotels are very outdated and barely 4 star standards. For great... more

I had a two-night stay at this property in the middle of November, booked through wotif, paid for the Princess deluxe rooms which came with breakfast. I had previously stayed at this hotel for one night a few years back when it was under the Pan Pacific brand and I think the property has improved slightly in all areas since... more

Puteri Pacific is by far the better hotel we stayed in Johor. We even had a free upgrade to the next better room (thanks!). The room is well-appointed spacious, the air-conditioning works well, the bathroom was comfortably large. We had a good tennis game at the court. The court was well maintained. One gripe I had was the RM30 charge... more

We went there for a short trip on weekend. After a long drive journey, we were too tired to go out and grab our lunch so we decided to have in-room dining. We have tried calling the services for more than an hour! Direct line, through operator and also the reception line! The food is more worst that the calling... more
