I've been to the hotel a couple of times. This time, it has changed management from Sofitel to Mercure. I did not notice anything amounting to an upgrade except that it accepted my frequent flyer membership. The hotel has been upgraded. The standard room is large. The tv is surprisingly small and the CRT type and snowy for some channels.... more

Enjoyed a pleasant enough overnight stay at this resort last weekend. Whilst I wouldn't rave about it, it was a fairly decent experience overall, apart from the shockingly slow and inconsistent service. This was a entrepreneurship meeting that I had been wanting to attend for quite some time. We had opted for a twin-share room along with my business partner. We stayed for couple of days. It was raining during the visit. The room and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable. All in all a good place to chill out with family. more
