“Nice room Bad Service”

The room is nice cause new design but the service is terrible. No choice of breakfast(serve not a buffet - have to take what ever they give) Staff not friendly and did not answer my question nicely. Wifi good in certain area. Lower level are quite noise with staff voice and traffic.

Pros. - Free wifi is the only point that I'll give the hotel rating 2. Cons. - No service at all for this Hotel. Booked this hotel to visit Johor Premium Outlet. New hotel aged less than a year. Booking was done directly with hotel reservation office. Paid MYR117 for king sized bedroom with breakfast for two.
