Hotel is attached to a Mall, quite noisy=y at times, have good Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel and some Malay stall walking distance from the hotel. Happening area with lots of karaoke and massage parlor. Room is large but a bit lacking of lights. Overall for 1 or 2 nights would be a good choice.

Location for this hotel is good, easy to find food around and next to a shopping plaza. Upon checked in, we given a room with some weird water running sound up the ceiling of the room. After lodged a complaint to the reception, they sent a technician to fixed it but unfortunately, it can't be fix and we were offered... More

The room is quite spacious. Value for money. Easy to find food around. The room is quite dark even with the lights on though. At night, it's kind of noisy. Children running around the corridor. And people singing away like it's in the day.

We stayed here in a twin room with additional extra bed for a night. It's because we are moving to Legoland Hotel on the next day. Nearby the hotel, there was a restaurant besides the Bamboo restaurant that is famous with its paper-wrapped chicken. The hotel is located on the ground floor of a shopping mall that is going to... The room is big enough, but not too clean and the toilet can't be flush...! Breakfast is so-so with limited choices,,and the wifii is really bad... But the location is good,... More

Bad experience with Front Office staff. Non smiling, no eye contact when speak with guest. They seem so busy with the computer in front of them. Upon check out, we were charge late check out charges even though one of my team member left one of the key card in the room and asked to take the key card to... More

Good: ~ Convenient. The hotel is within a mall itself with foot massage, handphones accessories, pharmacy, Chinese medicine shop and etc. ~ Aircond is cold enough. Even i set the aircond to lowest setting, my family can sleep in a normal room temperature. ~ Different food shops (halal, non halal, local, korean, vietnam, etc) available everywhere. And there is a... More
