Had a very bad experience with hotel as the bathtub was dirty. All the rooms were smoky and noisy. Cant sleep at all due to discotheque on the top floor. Interesting people comes to the hotel... Unfriendly Duty Manager at the counter..... Will never stay in the hotel..

Full pack with entertainment ... all in under one roof.. the bar located at the highest floor, so if u assumed diz a family hotel ur totally wrong. The sound from the bar will give ur nightmare and spoil ur mood especially for honeymoon..

Called in for a drink after work.. Staff openly lied about the cost of drinks - totally ripped us off because we were clearly in town on business.. Foreign people are clearly a target for this kind of behaviour. Bar was empty, probably for good reason - AVOID

I stayed at this hotel last weekend. Good location and the staff were friendly. I get a room quite spacious but a bit musty smell. there is a swimming pool, but the swimming pool is quite small for a four star hotel :). The breakfast buffet is sure not to be missed. it was very varied, such Nasi Lemak, various... More

Booked this hotel after my visit to the Johor Premium Outlet and my review of my 1 night stay at this hotel as follows: 1) location: It was quite a good location, within walking distance to pelangi mall and the KSL mall. There is also a chinese local food court just behind the hotel. Hotel is easily located via Waze.... More

Firstly, check in was smooth which took about 10-15 mins. You have to provide 100RM or 50SGD for deposit which you'll get when you check out. We got room 1920 (yes, its a nice number on level 19) but upon entering, it really has that musky smell as mentioned by other reviewers. The room doesn't have good air conditioning and... More

Busy hotel with a lot of seminars but Cafe was quiet. Staff very little but quite friendly. A bit slow but overall no complain. Breakfast also quite good. Ambience also good but outside rooms were a bit noisy with kids next door. Quite noisy running abt in the rooms.

hotel is well located. Bars and restaurants are goon and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was non smoking but smelled slightly of smoke but the room was clean and well presented. The food in the restaurant was very good, best to stick to the local food as it is very tasty and well priced, western choices are ok... More

First time spending 4 nights with family there. This hotel located in the heart of the city at nice location. It is near to most of the nice foods in JB. Hotel duty manager, Terry, was nice enough to consider my family size and upgraded me for free into a larger room. Staffs in general are very helpful and responsive... More

Good location, especially if you have a car - free and adequate parking. KSL mall is ten minutes' walk away. The hotel has a passable breakfast, with tasty nasi lemak. Rooms are clean and beds are large and Goldilocks-style just nice. The building is very tall, and higher floors have impressive views. Housekeeping staff are efficient and courteous. Lifts are...
