This is a Serena lodge, so you will not be disappointed. The service is good, although not as personal as some of the smaller camps. I really enjoyed my stay at the Amboseli Serena. I arrived via Air Kenya extremely early in the morning (flight from Nairobi). The lodge is located in very nice grounds. The rooms are average size, some have views, some do not. The restaurant offers a good variety of dishes. Quite a large property. Rooms run out in rows in various directions. Some have views of the bush, other have no view beyond a few yards from their window.
