If you are used to dirty places and bad food – you may stay here, otherwise you must choose something from international networks. `Cause most off all local hotels are the same, but this one is definitely the worst in this class. The hotel is really ugly and situated in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant is really dirty and... More

This time it was a Oil and gas exibition. There are no rooms in the city, so we choose the Eurasia hotel as an option. Service should be improved, wifi is good. Transportation from the hotel is not a problem. There is a Ramstore supermarket in 400 m A taxi driver recognize the hotel also with "Furmanov's Ramstore" landmark Recommended... More

Just to say, that i usually visit almaty once a yer for bussines purposes, but i will be be back to this hotel. There are other options in the city,as tien shan hotel, that offer much better service for little bit more price. In almaty, doesn´t exist good average price-quality.....or 300 Euros or rubish, this is my experiece.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My room was reeking, the paper was coming off the wall, the food was horrendous and the noise under my window made sleeping impossible. My bed was so hard that I thought of actually sleeping on the floor insteat. When I called housekeeping because I ran out of toilet paper (upon... More

I missed my connection in Almaty and was provided a room at this hotel by AirAstana. I was travelling with my 4 cats, so pets are surely no problem in this hotel! :-) The room is quite big, the bathroom as well, but with shower only. Everything was tidy, clean and quite newly renovated. My only objection would be the... More

Never ever stay here. The dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. And the awfullest thing - there was now window in my room. I felt like a prisoner in a stincky chamber. Food was uneadable. The only good point was fast web connection. But it's not enough to justify such a price.

Disgusting hotel. Paper peeling off walls, linen grubby, restaurant food like pigswill. Wouldn't kennel my dog there

the only good thing about this hotel is that it is located in front of Samal Towers business center and not far from Ramstore mall. the bad thing about the hotel is that all a/c and heating is local - in room, i.e. no fresh air coming in. It is terrible and nothing to breath, especially in winter, when it... More

This is potentially the worst Hotel I have stayed in. The bathroom smlled so bad I could hardly stand being in there, the room was so appallingly put together that tiles were coming off the wall, the sink and bath were not attached properly and the paint on the walls was coming off. The restaurant was expensive and very ordinary... More
