the hotel is new or at least look like to be just renewed rooms are nor extremely wide but big enough to feel comfortable inside. high speed wifi is available in the whole hotel structure a specific note has to be made for the gym, swimming pool and spa which is very nice

A very nice hotel, friendly staff, helped us with our luggage, no problem at all , organised a shuttle between the hotel and airport and also booked as a guide for a day.The location of the hotel was very convienient. Almaty is a beautiful, green town and we have only good memories from both the hotel and the town!
