It was our 2nd stay in Sendai as we were travelling back from Aomori and we needed a place to stay for the night. The location could not be more convenient. Absolutely fantastic. Having stayed at the Westin in Sendai before the Metropolitan had a hard time. Rooms are really small, even for Japanese stanards, bathroom was okay. It's just... More

No real complaints. The location (for someone arriving and leaving by train) can't be beat; the hotel is at one end of the station. It's clean, the morning buffet is good, and the room is well, bigger than most Japanese business hotel rooms, though small by American standards. But you'll pay a bit more for these features.

The hotel is part of the Sendai Station complex; this is its main advantage. The rooms are spacious, and foreign visitors have enough storage room. In comparison to hotels of the same standard in other Japanese cities, the prices are rather high. Also, we did not succeed to make a reservation over the internet, but had to get the help... More

Very convenient to the main JR train station (about five minutes walking distance). We booked a twin room ( two full size beds). White linens, confortable pillows. The front desk staff was very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

I had two stays on business in November 2013. This comfortable business class Hotel is in a very accessible location next to the main JR station and bus routes. Business class rooms have reliable wifi, desks and comfortable white linens, duvets and very good pillows. Efficient and uiet climate control too. Upper floors have good views overlooking the shopping district... More

I usually prefer a place in the downtown area with a greater selection of restaurants and shops withing close walking proximity, but this met my particular needs for this trip as the hotel is extremely convenient for travel by train since it is attached to the train station. Rooms were decent, bathroom was dated (tub with shower curtain). Bed comfort... More

We too arrived very late at night from California via Narita. All flights had been delayed because of typhoon. The hotel is attached to the train station making the trip from the airport very easy. The room has two beds, both slightly larger than a twin and really comfortable. White linens, duvets and very good pillows. There is a large... More

I stayed one day for profession meeting. I chose the hotel because it is next to the Sendai JR station and there is direct train from Sendai Airport to Sendai JR station and not have to look for the hotel after a long an internal flight from California. The room is small. The room is full of cigarette smoke and... More

Stayed overnight at this hotel so just had a limited exposure to it. My room was large, maybe got a better deal than some of the other reviewers. I was catching the Shinkansen to Tokyo the next morning so this was a very convenient location. The breakfast buffet was good enough, the computer access was no problem...I had WiFi, don't... More

Adjacent and connected to Sendai train station, this is a very convenient location for business or pleasure in Sendai. Rooms are standard Japanese style (read : small) but with all you would require. Prices are reasonable too. Only cable LAN, no wifi in most rooms, as in the case in many Japanese hotels. Carry a pocket router if you want... More
