I stayed at the Mitsui during a business trip in room 1208. The hotel is very centrally located and easily accessible, approximately 10 minute walk from the train station. It is also only roughly 200 m from a great covered shopping mall (all shops close around 7.30pm). The hotel offers free broadband wifi which worked very well at all hours... More

Excellent hotel with 7th floor lobby about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Best access via the pedestrian mall...email hotel for directions from the station. The pedestrian mall can be a little hard to find....look for the lighted arched entrance to the mall near the station. Many convenience stores nearby and of course the pedestrian mall provides many... More

A very relaxing night spent here. The elevators have superb security features we hadn't seen elsewhere. The room(and the hotel) is very modern and spacious. It had a good view of a portion of the city. We had a great sleep, with black out blinds. The location served our pulse - a ten minute walk from the JR station.

Great location in Sendai. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, and all seem fluent in English. The location is perfect with all the shopping and restaurant areas of Sendai within a block of the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and had absolutely no complaints. Great view from the room, comfortable double bed, and all the amenities you could... More

This is a pretty new hotel in central Sendai. Situated about 15 mins walk from the station it's close to the main shopping areas. The rooms are small but clean and smart. The hotel has a small Italian eatery that does breakfast and afternoon tea.

Even though we only stayed in Sendai for just one night, it turned out that Mitsui Garden was a good choice for our lodging. A nice room, with good facilities and beds; most importantly very good value. You will always expect a small sized room wherever you go in Japan, and this is no different. The bathroom is of a... A small entrance to this hotel, faced with Higashi Nibancho St, was not easily found. Lifts were there to lead you to the reception at the 7th floor, where you will find the sense of a very new hotel full of efficiency with a spice of modernism (just like big hotels in capitals of Scandinavian countries). The room I had... More
