I was seriously impressed by this hotel and can't remember a single fault I found when staying there. My stay was for 3 nights in December 2014. It is very conveniently located near Sendai train station, and also near a huge mall with many shopping and eating options. The rooms were quite generous (for Japan) and very clean, comfortable and,... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms and hotel lobby were very clean and the staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and any needs or questions I had. It's a very short walk to the Sendai train station, which was so convenient for me and there are... More

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Japan. It has an excellent location at 3 minutes walk distance from the main station, just take the west exit and you will see it. The stuff was really really nice and helped me with all the things that I needed during my stay. The room was spacious, really spacious... More

5 minutes walk at Sendai Station, welcoming staff and great room with a lovely view. Excellent restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel. You really can't go wrong with staying at Richmond Hotel Premier.

First day check in to this hotel - super great service. Very impressed. Very Helpful to arrange luggage transfer back to Nakita Airport Hotel in a few days time. Happy customer. Good rates for the location and service

Perfect for a single person on a business trip or a couple that doesn't mind a somewhat cramped room. We got a double for 10,000 yen including buffet continental breakfast. It's a double bed, not a queen, and one side is up against the wall, so one person has to climb off the end or over your partner to get... More

The location is very convenient from Sendai station. And the lobby floor has a space to do my tasks with free drinks and ice cream! I don't need to go to a coffee shop. Breakfast is also free. These are big advantages compared with other hotels in Japan. It is true that Richmond Hotels usually has bigger rooms compared with... More

We stayed in a moderate double room, clean and tidy. Comfortable queen size bed. Close to train station. Good shopping street close by. Staff spoke good English. Breakfast was good. Certainly would stay there again

This is a value priced hotel near the Sendai train station. It is an easy 2 block walk, but you may need to ask directions to set off in the right direction. The rooms are small, but meet a travelers basic needs. The breakfast was included, but it was not a hearty one. Free wifi helped and it was also... More

Great value for this upgraded Richmond Hotel! 2-3 min from the West exit in Sendai station, very efficient and modern, new fittings, very clean and cozy room (albeit small), big bed queen size and 11am check-out! Also, delicious breakfast with warm croissants and whipped butter to die for, along with fruits, onion or corn soup, juice, yoghurt, coffee and tea.... More
