I can't say enough about this hotel. Great location by Sendai station, easy check in, small(but fine) room very comfortable bed, temprapedic pillow, all bathroom amenities, soft... More

I stayed for two nights recently at this hotel during the 3rd World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction in SENDAI. The rooms are like shoeboxes with prefabricated cubicle bathrooms and the beds although well sprung take up most of the space in the bedroom. No walk in showers. Tea and coffee making facilities are in the room as well as... More

My partner and I recently attended the UN World Championships Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction in Sendai. By the time we got around to booking our accommodation, things here getting pretty tight but we were able to book a semi- double at the Richmond Premier Sendai Ekimae. Knowing what this usually means in Japan- a tiny room with a small... More

What else could you ask for? Leaving the West exit of the Sendai station you can almost see the top of the hotel building. About 5 minutes later and you're at the hotel entrance. Up to the fifth floor to reception, and you'll find the reception staff English good enough to have you understood. They use a print out key... More

I was seriously impressed by this hotel and can't remember a single fault I found when staying there. My stay was for 3 nights in December 2014. It is very conveniently located near Sendai train station, and also near a huge mall with many shopping and eating options. The rooms were quite generous (for Japan) and very clean, comfortable and,... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms and hotel lobby were very clean and the staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and any needs or questions I had. It's a very short walk to the Sendai train station, which was so convenient for me and there are... More

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Japan. It has an excellent location at 3 minutes walk distance from the main station, just take the west exit and you will see it. The stuff was really really nice and helped me with all the things that I needed during my stay. The room was spacious, really spacious... More

5 minutes walk at Sendai Station, welcoming staff and great room with a lovely view. Excellent restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel. You really can't go wrong with staying at Richmond Hotel Premier.

Perfect for a single person on a business trip or a couple that doesn't mind a somewhat cramped room. We got a double for 10,000 yen including buffet continental breakfast. It's a double bed, not a queen, and one side is up against the wall, so one person has to climb off the end or over your partner to get... More
