Good price but room a bit small. Near station but unfortunately we walked wrong direction under the rail tracks and got to the back of hotel but cannot enter. Had to do a lot of walking around the neighbourhood. Reception said he gave us a wider room but we found it still small. We appreciated this when we used another... More

Close to Sendai station and a new building and facilities. Large TV in room and view of the Shinkansen for train fans. There is a public bath and microwave/ice/vending facilities for use by guests, very relaxing. Would recommend because clean and nice.

Clean room, 5 mins from train station by walking, 24 h open Famima just beside the entrance are good sides. Only and biggest bad side is they have really small rooms. If I give an example about my room, when I opened my luggage I couldn't walk across the room unless I don't jump over my luggage. Single stay is... More

A typically tiny Japanese room, barely big enough for two twin beds, and with a low ceiling. But modern and well equipped (even including a humidifier). Only one thin pillow on each bed, but the staff brought extras for us. The big negative factor was that the all-plastic bathroom smelled strongly of mold or mildew. On the night when we... More

The hotel was in good condition and the reception was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately I ended up typically having to wait quite a while for the lifts (even though there are 4 of them). I stayed in Japan for a few weeks and even though I had a double bed this was the smallest room I stayed in during... More

This is a great hotel for the budget traveler and also the business traveler at the cost of approx. 70-75 USD per night. The location is very good - given that it is at a walkable distance from the majority of the key locations- Sendai Railway Station is around 600 mtr , hotel metropolitan is 500 mtr , Shopping areas... We stayed at the highest floor (20th) and got a corner room. The room was small, but it was very well maintained...very fresh bed linen and comfortable bed. I didn't get to try the onsen on the 2F but my friend said it was very relaxing and even had a rotemburo (outdoor bath). They also had a full breakfast buffet... More

I am now in the midst of a three week trip across Japan. I have grown accustomed to small but efficient hotel rooms and efficient use of space in bathrooms. However, even by typical Japanese hotel room standards, the room we were given was very tightly cramped for two people. We had to plan our movements around the room. To... More

Spent a night with my family in this hotel in November book through our tour agent. The hotel looked pretty new. Took a single and double room on the 11 floor overlooking the railway tracks. Although the single room was tiny, I did not feel claustrophobic. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean which is the most important for... More
