I stayed with my friend one night for Takamatsu and Naoshima trip. Great access from Takamatsu Airport (1hour bus ride, no transfer), JR Takamatsu st., local train Kotoden Takamatsu Chiko st., and Takamatsu Pier where ferry departs for Naoshima. Room was clean and enough spacious with good facilities.

This is a very good hotel conveniently located near the ferry terminal for Naoshima and the station. The rooms have a nice view and are generously sized. The breakfast is good. What spoiled it for us was the " table charge " in the top floor bar of 500 yen per person. This is not mentioned anywhere that we could... More

It’s billed as the best hotel in the city and it certainly fitted that paradigm for us. Our 11th floor harbor view twin room was spacious and comfortable and everything worked as expected. The included WiFi works well and there are a couple English language TV news channels. English knowledge among the staff was adequate and a minor problem with... More

We are traveling 5th time in Japan! Enjoying the large room, breakfast eastern/western, and proximity to train and ferries. There are lots of places to eat and visit. First day, we spent morning at the Isamu Noguchi outdoor sculpture museum. Our economy room on the 19th floor was quiet with a view of the railroad station! No harbor or castle!... More

16.000 (about 130 euros) and fully prepaid thru JapanIcan, as we wanted to be close to the station and to the ferry pier to Naoshima. The twin room we had was surprisingly large with a wonderful full 180° view over the harbour, and the castle. An imperial treatment to us. But when we looked into the floor plan, the largest... More

Wrapping up our Shikoku trip (a round island drive), Takamatsu was our last stop before heading back to Osaka. Rooms are large and can fit 3 beds (our friend has 3 ppl in their party) and the two rooms we had got great view of the pier and the Takamatsu castle. Right next to the train station and the pier... We spent one night here on our way to Naoshima. the hotel is large, the rooms and big and well equipped, I like the decor of the room. The views were amazing and the hotel is very close to the train station. We did not eat there, just to many good options around and cheaper prices but had breakfast. Breakfast... More

We rolled up to the entrance on bicycles, saying, “Checking in, please!” Not an eyelash was batted as they gave us claim checks for our bikes. We had booked a twin room and requested a high floor, and were given 1601, a mighty nice and spacious room with three huge windows covering 270 degrees view and a fourth huge window... More

Excellent location, right by the main transportation means. Pleasant view on the inland sea, harbour, city. Very decent hotel. Limited English, but all requests were granted. Good service.Very good room. Was booked by an agency, for me, and paid as part of a package, so I do not know if I had a standard or upgraded room. Anyhow, a very... More
