Friendly staff alway giving extra credit for hotel. The staff try to arrange our room, since we need extra room. They try very hard to meet our requirement, with limited english communication. 1. The price is reasonable and sweet. 2. Location is ok, however, it's better have car. Low 1. room is small, but it's still ok. 2. The rush... More

Miyako was a little far away from the monorail (10-15 min walk), but it was a wonderful place to stay and we loved it! Our room was spacious, the beds comfy, pillows fluffy, and the view out to the rolling landscape of the city gorgeous. I liked the extra sofa lining the wall for sitting space, and the multitude of... More

I stayed 3 nights. When I arrived Okinawa Miyako Hotel, it looks old. Hotel system was old, no swimming pool (not sure, because I saw pool but no water there), and not closed to Kokusai-dori (about 15min by walk), and no convinient store around hotel. But staffs were very kind, and room was really good (big, clean, quite, free-wifi). and... More

My third visit to Okinawa and my third visit to Miyako Hotel, when you're on a good thing stick to it. I've never been disappointed staying here, the rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. All of the staff are very helpful, friendly and very polite, I feel special every time I visit, my only regret this time was that... More

The hotel is lovely and breakfast is acceptable, rooms are tiny(I guess all the hotels are the same in Japan) but cozy. Receptionists are polite and helpful, it's on the hill, the nearest mini-mart is about 10 minutes away on foot, if you like walking and are fast walker, 20 min. to shopping district. I would like to stay here... More

The Miyako Hotel is located quite central in Naha, but not just walking distance to the centre of the city. It's an older hotel, in a style quite typical for Western hotels run by Japanese chains. The service is friendly and everything in the hotel is in working order. Rooms are of decent size and beds comfortable. The major downside... More

Okinawa Miyako looked shiny and beautiful on photos at their website, but in reality it was a bit worn out, and almost kitschy with all kinds of different surface materials and colours. But the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and made me feel very cosy. The location is a bit off from the city centre, about 20 minutes walk... More

Stayed 3 nights in the hotel as we got a really good deal for the stay over the New Year. We got a Premium Twin room and out of the 4 hotels we stayed in Okinawa, Miyako has the nicest room decor. The room however has no closet and there was only 2 hooks to hang your clothes on which... More

Walking distance to train station and Shoriji Castle. Friendly staff who speaks English. Very clean. Not as small as some other Japanese Hotels. Internet is very fast. Breakfast is a bit expensive but very good.

We stayed 4 nights, but when we booked there were few options available. It seems to be a group tour hotel. Lots of tour buses. Service was meh, although we can't speak Japanese. Breakfast not included, and didn't try. Rooms were on the smaller side, though they pushed a room upgrade on check in. It was clean, and no real... More
