I'm sorry, i usually don't write bad reviews, but this hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. The room and hallways smell old and musty, and there is no escaping it. I actually went down to the front desk immediately upon getting in my room and asked for a non-smoking room, thinking that that was the problem, and was told... More

Located a few kilometres from the main streets of Naha but you can't miss it. It is so tall and the views day and night stunning. It is within walking distance of world heritage temples, castles and sites. The hotel does run a shuttle bus into town but only in the evening. There is a bus stop on the road... More

In December, 2014, our family of four spent nine days at this hotel. We are happy to report that our reservation for two rooms together non-smoking was met. The hotel is clean and the amenities are very good. Wi-fi is good in the rooms but great in the lobby. Grand Castle is a short walk from the Castle and the... More

This hotel provide good food for breakfast. If you need to take vitamin, you also can find they offer you Nature made. Most of staff can speak English. The service is good. However, it will take you 15 min to the monorail station, Gibo by walk. However, there is a shortcut to the station, but the road is quite steep.... More

This hotel, like much of Okinawa, is run down and outdated, but not in a way that makes it unbearable. After overcoming the initial disappointment at the dilapidation, the hotel is quite reasonable in most other aspects. There are not a lot of mod-cons, and beds are a little hard, but better than the traditional futon on the floor, and... More

Very pleasant hotel located in walking distance to Shuri Castle, Stone Pavement, and Royal Mausoleum if you're ok with uphill walks. Short taxi ride to Kokusaidori and Heiwadori shopping. 15 min taxi ride to Naha Main Place mall.

Not bad. Good price. Food was really tasty. Comfortable setting and sea view from upstairs lounge is nice. Portions were large and selection wide. Ordered mains and self serve dessert buffet. Abundant parking makes it an easy visit. Very hospitable and friendly staff.

Since I want a place with swimming pool and a reasonable prlce, I pick the Grand Castle. The size of the room is slightly bigger than I expected. But the mattress is old, not bouncing enough. View from the room is good. Pool is not big but enough. A family mart is in the hotel which is not expected. Shuttle... More

Like all Nikko hotels, the food and service were excellent. The views from the restaurant of the city are also nice. The main attraction nearby is the castle. It's walking distance if you like to walk, but we drove because it would have been a challenge for our six year old. The only complaint I had about the hotel was... More

As per title, the hotel is near to Shuri Castle. The staff give advise how to go there politely. About 12 minutes walk through the short cut climbing the hill. The staff response is good. The room clean and good location for retreat. Bath tub everything is clean. The hotel got a convenience store inside. For any amenities that forget... More
