I stayed in the premium twin. Appearance is an old hotel, but was able to spend comfortable with spacious and done so renovation. However, sound insulation is the sound of the sound and drainage of door of bad next room will care. The breakfast is cheap hotel par. It is sad to think that this is the Japanese breakfast to... We did not stay at this hotel, but attended a lengthy conference there. Staff was great. With a large group of 300-400 attendees, meals and meetings were excellent. Transitions to banquet areas and food service were timely. Both table and buffet services were great. Hot food was hot, cold food cold, and dishes and beverages replenished in a timely manner.... One could say this is an ordinary business hotel except that it had excellent staff in all areas- Reception, Dining, Housekeeping, Concierge,... And because of the wonderful service, It made us feel like we were in a more expensive hotel. They were out of their way to help. Any request or question we had was addressed immediately and done well.... More

Been there two years in a row, the staff are friendly, polite and honest, I lost my HTC EVO 3d phone by the pool, thought it was gone and the staff tracked me down and returned it. The rooms are cleaned daily and compared to Australian hotels are a 10 out of 10. I will be staying there next year.

Was there in early April 2012; room was clean and cozy, and people were friendly. The supermarket next to hotel was super helpful. On the other hand, it was a little bit far from Kokusai Road, and walking back in the night- when it was dark- could be confusing; also I wish there were more restaurants next to the hotel... More

I stayed at this hotel in July 2012 and I have to say that it was absolutely amazing! It was immaculate and the staff were very kind and helpful. The sleep was great. The breakfast was of a high standard. The room was very big and clean and I stayed with a friend whilst we were on a karate trip.... More

Stayed for 4 nights in a party of 8. Room/Service: Room size are good compare to regular Japanese hotels. Hotel seems a bit old and the first set of rooms we got had stong smoke smell (we requested non-smoking room), we were able to change to bigger rooms after 1st night with no additional charge. In general, the staffs in... More

I arrived at 8:30 PM with a large tour group. All keys are prepared in advance, and the check in progress was very quickly. It's a surprise to me that they even have Chinese speaking staffs and the staff in counter can speak very good English. I think they can solve your any problem. I stayed in a single room,... More
