Been there two years in a row, the staff are friendly, polite and honest, I lost my HTC EVO 3d phone by the pool, thought it was gone and the staff tracked me down and returned it. The rooms are cleaned daily and compared to Australian hotels are a 10 out of 10. I will be staying there next year.

My first time to unchinanchu festival! Loved it, loved thd hotel!! Great service! Nice rooms!! Pool closed ix my only complaint. It needs to have better pool, spa! Need more western variety if hosting travel agency's! Otherwise, see you in four years!!!!

Was there in early April 2012; room was clean and cozy, and people were friendly. The supermarket next to hotel was super helpful. On the other hand, it was a little bit far from Kokusai Road, and walking back in the night- when it was dark- could be confusing; also I wish there were more restaurants next to the hotel... More

I stayed at this hotel in July 2012 and I have to say that it was absolutely amazing! It was immaculate and the staff were very kind and helpful. The sleep was great. The breakfast was of a high standard. The room was very big and clean and I stayed with a friend whilst we were on a karate trip.... More

Stayed for 4 nights in a party of 8. Room/Service: Room size are good compare to regular Japanese hotels. Hotel seems a bit old and the first set of rooms we got had stong smoke smell (we requested non-smoking room), we were able to change to bigger rooms after 1st night with no additional charge. In general, the staffs in... More

I arrived at 8:30 PM with a large tour group. All keys are prepared in advance, and the check in progress was very quickly. It's a surprise to me that they even have Chinese speaking staffs and the staff in counter can speak very good English. I think they can solve your any problem. I stayed in a single room,... More

Stayed 3 nights during Jan 2011. It's an average hotel, deco seems a bit outdated however room is spacious and buffet breakfast is up to 4 stars hotel standard. Hotel location is at least 15 - 18 mins walk to the nearest monorail station, not ideal for tourists without cars. They have plenty of parking spaces, recommended this hotel for... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in September as part of a family trip to Okinawa. This was a group choice as it was cheap, but if I had a choice I'd go somewhere else. First of all this hotel is not near the main shopping area (Kokusai Street), nor any other shops. There is nothing you can do... More

My husband and I have been traveling to Naha regularly since 2000 and stayed here on several occasions. Unlike the newer "business-type" hotels providing barely enough space in their guest rooms to fit a bed, the Pacific is older and therefore offers more space and comfort at competitive rates. Hotel staff are helpful, friendly. Breakfast buffet is average but provides... More
