We enjoyed the onsen, nice clean room, ample parking spaces and good service. The location is also good. Just 5 min drive to a big supermarket which is very convenient! It is not in the main town where shops and restaurants are located. But we had a rental car, so that was not a problem.

It's not expensive, clean as you can expect, but it is not the comfort of the usual Nikko brand. It is not exactly located in the city center, so you need to walk 20min or use a car. Staff does not speak good english or not at all, but they are helpful. They have a laundry room, which can be... More

Stayed here one night just before new year. Place was packed with lots of children but it was holiday season so to be expected. Room clean but a little tired, not really an issue though. Real issue was with the clanking plumbing which was noisy all night. Room really very noisy. Breakfast was good. Bar on 13th floor has a... More

The hotel is located in a hill and 10-15min driving distance to Ishigaki town. Our room was big in Japanese standard with view of the Ocean. We arrived at 11am and were told that the room was not ready and should come back after 2pm. We have a 3 years old kid and we were planning to visit the nearby... More

Ishigaki is a tropical paradise, truly one of the most beautiful places in the world. We mistakenly booked here instead of the Intercontinental, but stayed anyway. The rooms are dated, plain and dreary. The pool is what you would expect from a cheap motel beside an interstate highway. Considering they are not beside the ocean, you would think they would... This a a fairly good value hotel in the Ishigaki City area. Like most buildings and hotels on the island, it has a dated feel 80's feel. There was one computer with slow-ish internet access in the reception area, and there is a tourist info office as well, to book any activities on the island including car hire which is... More
