Had to stay here for work over the summer. Very clean with very friendly staff. The room had all you could ask for, big bed, fridge and a flat screen. There's no pool which is kind of a bummer but that also meant no kids running up and down hallways all night.

We really appreciate your generous 5 star review of our hotel the Quality Inn Binghamton West. I am glad that you found the rooms to be large, and enjoyed the new flat screen televisions. We are in fact working very hard to upgrade our amenities and have a lot more upgrades coming in the near future. Thank you very much... More

We were up for Cornell Graduation, a three day stay. Although this wasn't as close as we would have liked, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly we would stay again if we are in the area. The beds were perfect! The only possible complaint I could think of is we would like adjoining rooms... More

I wrote a different review of this hotel a few years ago. Since my first stay only about 5 years ago, this hotel has gone WAY downhill. There was a HOLE in the door that was patched with a thin board, the toilet tank was cracked in half and glued together with what looked like craft glue, and even the... More

Very friendly reception on arrival. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the room smelled like body odor and the temperature was so warm it was uncomfortable. We were unable to the temperature down. Continental breakfast was good. It was right next door to the Blue Dolphin Diner. Food tasted like nursing home food.

There are 2 hotels right off the exit, so it is convenient. However, they are both next to a sewage treatment plant that smelled awful. Luckily the windows don't open. Note that as of this date, both hotels are next to each other, and show the same hotel photo on Tripadvisor. This one is the correct photo. Driving up should... More

Ok hotel. Rooms are relatively clean. Breakfast in the morning was ok. It is located in the middle of nowhere (although there is a McDonalds and Gas Station next door). I would only recommend this hotel for a stop over.

I was driving to Florida from Canada, and looked for a hotel in southern New York state for my first night on the road with my dog. I called several, and all were very expensive (watch out, get information about dog fees from a person at the hotel; Red Roof Inn was going to charge $75 for the dog on... More

I want to set something straight. A previous reviewer said that this hotel flooded. This is not true. I stayed at this hotel during (yes, during the rain, the power and water went out) the flood of 2011, and though we were surrounded on 2 sides by water, which included the only paved way out, the hotel, and its parking... This hotel was flooded in the flood they had a couple years ago in this area, and should have been totally redone, although you would never know it. The furniture was old and worn, the chair in our room looked like it was about 25 years old the way it was so dirty and worn. The bed was bad, really... More
