My mom and I stayed at Club level. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service from/to Nagasaki airport for Club level customers. The service and food at Club level were superb! As other reviewers commented, the hotel is dated and needs renovation. But a convenience of location and excellent club level service, I would stay this hotel again.

I'm stayed at Hotel Amsterdam last week with my family and we received great appreciation. From entrance they welcome you with flower garden. Inside the lobby: European decoration style with beautiful chandelier and musician played classical music for you. We were very disappointed with this hotel on many fronts. First you have to board a very busy shuttle bus to get there with luggage this was not easy. Secondly having arrived we were shown to our room which was very tired indeed, the carpet in particular was so badly stained it made me shudder to look at it. Thirdly... More

Stayed with my young child for 3 nights to visit Huis Ten Bosch - the Dutch themed leisure park. The hotel itself is very elegantly done, and the service staff is very courteous. Decided to stay inside the park for the convenient access to the attractions in the park, and it was nice to be able to stroll around after... More

It was like stepping into another world from the moment we arrived on site. We checked in at the Check in located at the Car park (which is free if your staying in the grounds of HUIS TEN BOSCH) and then we caught the shuttle bus into the park to our hotel. The drive in was beautiful along the canal... More

spacious, clean, luxurious! Although it is a bit expensive, it's definitely worth the price. Breakfast buffet was good too!
