The rooms are small but the price is right. The staff is friendly and informative. There is a nice izakaya (good shochu) and an alright onsen (what would you expect from a business hotel for this price? It's not a resort!)

I saw many review of this hotel. Yes! Loom is small. But it doesn't matter, if you are a toulist. Onsen(spa) is not that good. Breakfast was buffet but so so. transportation is good. More

This is a modern hotel with very good facilities - excellent onsen, laundry room, garage with a car lift (¥500 to park). We arrived early before the 1500 check-in time (normal in Japan), and someone kept our bags until we returned later. Staff were very helpful, excellent even by the high standards of Japan. Room was comfortable - small, but... More

I booked two rooms in this hotel through booking.com . When I check in (around 7PM) front desk staff ask how many people we have, we have total 4 adults and two kids (twin at 7 yrs old). Then the front desk staff asking us need to book one more room instead, so we told them in our entire trip... More

The staff was very polite and friendly when I left my luggage before check in time (starts at 3pm, quite common) and when checking in. The eecptionist warned me that the room I had booked was small and the bed narrow - which was made clear anywhile during the booking process. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite... Please never stay.at this hotel. The customer service at this hotel really is very bad that I had to make a change and move my whole entire family to another hotel. The front of house staff was very dishonest and very rude. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

I have stayed in alot of "business" hotels in this country over the years, but this one was sorely disappointing. On the surface this looks like a great value hotel considering the price of the rooms. It looks clean, it seems to have been recently refurbished, and the staff are polite. Also, it had a really luxurious hot spring bath... More

The hotel is not far from the tram station which is about 4 mins walking distance. Service is always good and the room is cozy. the only problem is the air-conditionor in my room, it is either too cold (23'C) or too hot (24'C) which is very wired, i am not sure if this happen to the whole hotel building... Stayed here with my wife during Golden Week. At 6300yen for a double room, including an amazing breakfast buffet, and onsen bath, what else could you want? For the price, it's hard to beat. The one downside is the location, as it's a bit out of the town centre (as many Superhotels seem to be).
