This hotel is ridiculously roomy for a Japanese hotel, perhaps even too comfortable. We ended up watching Pirates of the Caribbean in the room at night even when we were walking distance into the town because of how spacious, bright, and comfortable the room was. I stayed in a very very small single room here for two nights, and found it perfectly adequate. The location is extremely convenient to the station (it's joined to the station building) and so is very handy for when you arrive after a long train ride, or if you have an early shinkansen to catch.
