I stayed one night at 11Floor. Carpets, furniture and the whole hotel is very outdated at little dirty. Worst hotel when I visited in Japan. Good location near Hakata station Suggestion:Absolutly outdate hotel.

Located just across the street from Hakata station. If it rains, you can access it through the underground path, but otherwise I'd just recommend crossing the main street, especially if you are lugging suitcases. It's a basic business hotel and the bathroom is quite small. We booked the double room for 2 and they only gave amenities (such as pillows,... More

The hotel is just opposite the Hakata station, so it is a convenient base for shopping and transfers. Hotel room is small (I booked a double) but has toiletries and kettle provided. Staff are friendly. The breakfast selection is limited but it comes with the stay. Internet is very slow ( I almost gave up) at my floor (11th) but... More

Well situated across the street from Hakata JR/Bullet train station. I stayed at this hotel for about 3 nights. I used this hotel as a base when I visited Nagasaki, Kumamoto, and Hiroshima. Plenty of restaurants nearby. An easy walk to the Nakasu Yatai, where the famous Hakata street food vendors are.

I stayed there on 8 Sep 2014 before flying out of Fukuoka Airport. The hotel is less than 5 mins away from Hakata station and it's easy to find the hotel. The room was facing to the station but the noise from the road was not bad at all. (The station is so huge, so you wouldn't be able to... More

Just across the road from Hakata City train station, which has loads of eating options, including a mall of ramen noodle shops, this hotel is very conveniently located for those in transit like ourselves who arrive late in the day and have an early start the next morning. At only $70 a night for a double, including breakfast it represents... More

Leave the Hakata train station, look across the street and a bit to the right, and there's the hotel. Really convenient. The rooms are small, but not expensive considering the great location in the heart of everything. For a bit more money a larger room is possible. Everything was clean and neat. The staff is helpful, with minimal English. We... More

The reasons why I choose this hotel: (1) it is the most economical hotel included in the flight package to Fukuoka (2) it is very close to Hakata JR Station, and these 2 reasons remain the significant advantages of this hotel. Although it is apparent that this hotel is a bit old, but its price is very reasonable, and it... More

I spent one night at this hotel before departing from Japan at the Fukuoka airport. I drove a rental car up from the Amakusa region using the car's GPS navigation to guide me. I got to the hotel fine, but had a little trouble getting to the parking garage, mainly because I wasn't exactly sure where it was. There are... More

Although hotel is little tired and in need of renovation, we had very enjoyable two night stay. Hotel very convenient to Hakata station (across street). Taxi fare to Fukuoka Airport International terminal was only 1020 yen. Complimentary breakfast included bread, rolls, waffle, cereal, 4 kinds of musubi (rice balls), salad, potato salad, two kinds of soup and sausage. One morning... More
