We travelled with a young child and while the hotel is not near to Hakata (5-10min taxi), its location in canal city meant that the kids were constantly entertained by the activities organised by the shopping complex (there was a dinosaur exhibition and performance in summer). Child-friendly restaurants (pizza, moomin cafe) were all in close proximity and if you wanted... More

This is a good hotel (using international standard) and a very good hotel using Fukuoka standard. Housekeeping staff is doing a good job following SOP. Most of the front office staff and club floor staff are friendly with a unique few exception. Recommended.

I read about the good and negative reviews by other reviewers but decided to give it a try because of its location. It's a good Japanese hotel as rooms are relatively small, glad I decided to upgrade to a Club Deluxe which has an area of about 43 sq m otherwise standard Club room is 34 sq m which is... More

The room was nice, staff friendly and helpful and the location was nice. Since the location is basically in a shopping center, that means we got some shopping center noise in our room (such as music from their fountain show every hour), but this wasn't anything earplugs couldn't fix. The one bad thing - the lobby bar allows smoking, so... More

We stayed here around Christmas and found it to be a good hotel with efficient staff and well located. For Japanese standards rooms are relatively modern. Pros - location connected to Canal City is convenient. Good shopping and the famous ramen stadium is within walking distance - convenient by all means of transport - rooms feel relatively modern and certainly... More

because of the Canal City, is good to stay at this hotel. because of the rain, i still can enjoy shopping, dinning, playing just 2 minutes walked by. Actually is quite expensive but the breakfast is quite good, speically the famous toast with Mentaiko。 The service was very good and lot of nice staff. The hotel will seaview not needed.... More

Hotel well located in Fukuoka business district next to a shopping mall. Excellent staff and service up to Hyatt standard but accomodation and food just standard. This place is suitable for conferences and meetings for large groups of people. Walking distance from food streets and nightlife areas.
