This is an excellent hotel with large well-decorated rooms, great location and service. Location : A few minutes walk from Hakata station. There's an underground link if you want to avoid walking in the cold during winter. A taxi from Fukuoka Airport cost 1300-1500 yen depending on traffic so taxi is the best way from the airport if you have... More

We stayed for three nights during December. From Fukuoka Airport, this hotel is about 25 minutes by car and physically located almost adjacent to Hakata Station if you're coming via train. It is about 10 minutes right from Nakasu and 15-20 minutes to Tenjin (by car). This unpretentious hotel generally impressed from check-in to check-out. Staff were constantly proactive in... More

This has got to be one of the nicest hotels on earth! The room was enormous (we had a superior double) and pyjamas, robes, slippers, fresh orchids were provided along with a large selection of superior quality toiletries including make up remover. Room was really quiet and hotel location is ideal. It's only a few minutes walk from hakata station... More

Excellent service (special appreciation to Noguchi-san), excellent breakfast, great location and some very very lovely temples nearby if you have an hour to spare. By far the nicest hotel I stayed in in Japan.

After flying from Sydney to Singapore to Fukuoka with no sleep, it was such a relief to check into this hotel. The staff greeted us as the door, took our luggage, held onto it whilst we got some food, then delivers it to our room. We discovered that we had been upgraded to a bigger room for no extra cost.... I was very happy to have selected this place for the last leg of the trip to put a very finish to end the vacation. The room is very spacious 29sqm (double superior on 14 floor - top floor) with well thought design of modern facilities - DVD player - power points at desk, at bed head board area -... More

to be honest i wasn't going to book this hotel but i simply ran out of options because it was a last minute trip. The location was great though and the room's spacious compared to the other ones in JP that i'm used to staying in! :) Could be a little noisy though cause I can hear ppl talking outside... More

Beautiful hotel with kind staff. Not worth the price unless someone else is paying. Good for business. Close to the station which is good. Hotels charge by the person so for two people I wouldn't pay this especially when there are other options.

One of the very few hotels in Japan during our trip (4 weeks) where it was possible to check-in before 12.00 AM. Bravo! My reward for that service is the 4 star rating. Main reason to go to this businesshotel is the location near Hakata Station (shops, restaurants, taxis, trains). Rooms are a bit dated but ok and clean. Opening... More

At the last minute, we realized we needed a one night stay in Fukuoka that was convenient to the airport. We misread the 3 minute walk description thinking it was from the airport. IT WAS FROM HAKATA STATION. Due to fatigue, we took a cab not subway. We had booked a last minute deal and were pleased with the friendly... More
