Before my friend's and my arrival at the hotel, I called the hotel in order to ask it to make some dinner reservations for us. I could have called the restaurants myself. But given the language problems, I thought it'd be more efficient and safer to ask the hotel to make the reservations. Though the hotel still didn't my booking... More

I used to stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel when I visit Fukuoka ( It is the closest hotel to the shopping mall " Canal City ", but after around 2 years staying over there, I decided to stay in a different hotel since no staff of the Grand Hyatt will greet me no matter how many times I see... More

5 out of 5 for cleaness. Stainless hardwares are really "stainless". Big applause to staff's efforts to keep the room tidy and at high standard. Liked the details that made our stay enjoyable: Bathroom - good ventilation, good sound system, excellent water pressure, proper shower curtain length that's just above the suggested bath water level. Comfortable bedding. Spacious room. Convenient... More

This hotel is only 15 mins away from the airport. We arrived in the morning and they managed to give us 1 of the 3 rooms we booked. We were too tired to venture out so we spent our time in the cafe next to the lobby. The coffee was good and the staff was polite. I was pleasantly surprised... More

Great location with subway, JR & Shinkansen connection. Room size is sufficient for my family of 4, booking in Triple room. Nice buffet spread and pleasantly surprising amenities in the room, which includes 'Mikimoto' cleansing regimen samples for everyday use, welcome pack of face masks and wet towel and air freshener for wardrobe and room. We were given vouchers for... More

The first impression was good because we were well received at the entrance. Though we arrived early, the hotel staff explained to us clearly and accepted us to leave our luggage there before we checked in. When we went to everywhere the staff were very polite to bow and greet us. We booked a triple bed at a promotional price.... More

It's my first time in Fukuoka and after a long wait from 8am til 2pm which is the official check in time, we were told that only smoking rooms were made available. This was despite us having children and asthmatic in our group of 10. They initially said rooms were full and later asked for proof of non smoking room... More

This hotel is on Taihaka Dori Avenue, just a few minutes’ walk from Hakata train station, and 2 stops by subway Kuko line from Fukuoka airport. We stayed at a spacious and comfortable standard twin room for couple nights. This hotel is in a very convenient location. In additional for the subway Kuko line, most of buses stop by Hakata...
