We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It is only 5 mins walk from the Hakata station and very convenient for bus, shopping and eating. The deluxe twin room size is unexpectedly large for Japan hotels. The luxury twin room is very worth staying as it is hugh. But booking must be made well in advance. Other facilities are... More

We stayed here for two nights and were surprised and impressed by how convenient the location was! It's accessible via the subway walkway between Hakata and Gion stations. So it was only 2 stops and a few hundred metres walk from the airport which was really handy! It's also walkable to Canal City (although we didn't know this at first... More

No wonder its rooms were booked so soon. I tried to find no smoking but only smoking rooms left. Surprisingly, even the smoking room was ok to a non-smoker like me. Luxury, location, roomy, clean.....all the conditions were so satisfied .

The hotel might be slightly dated (imagine still having a receptacle for old-style Gillette shaving blades in the bathroom) and the ceilings are low, but it's an excellent location to explore Fukuoka. You are literally minutes away from the main transportation hub at Hanata - JR/Bus/Subway - all connected via an underground tunnel, as well as a huge variety of... More

What can compare to this luxury? Get off the Airport to Hakata station and walk underground to the hotel and if you have the time; get your shopping in the Ming mall on the way!! You get treated by the grand sunshine lobby! The courteous staff make you fell at home and their smiles and service unparalleled by any place... More

I booked this hotel last minute, having experienced thew terrible business hotel (APA) in Nagasaki with its ridiculous small room and noise. I was very pleased and relieved with this choice. It's a short walk from the Hakata station, very courteous and welcoming staffs. Although they only had smoking room available I was not bothered as it smell fresh enough.... More

The hotel situated just next to the jr station and is 4.8km away from the airport, which makes it pretty convenient. But it will be a little crowded since they could not set up an additional bed for us, with two kids. And on that day, the hotel was fully booked that we could not get another bigger room. And,... Clean, comfortable and spacious room with thoughtful amenities, fresh orchids and well-stocked mini-bar. Especially like the safety box with built-in electric plugs. Appreciated the room reservation team for their prompt reply and action when requested for booking amendments and arranging restaurants reservations. Dined in Icho and Benkei on 2/F which were both great, bakery on lobby Tea & Cocktail lounge... More

This review is a little late, we stayed at this hotel in November 2014 for four nights. We had two basic rooms but they were clean, large (especially for Japan where rooms can be small) and very conveniently located. It is very close to Hakata station and is connected through an underground pass. It is therefore close to all the... More

I stayed with friends in mid February 2015. The room is very comfortable, clean and roomy. The pillows and bed were so comfortable that my two picky friends fell into sleep at once. The hotel is centrally located, just next to Hakata subway station and 5 min walk from the train station.
