I booked this hotel last minute, having experienced thew terrible business hotel (APA) in Nagasaki with its ridiculous small room and noise. I was very pleased and relieved with this choice. It's a short walk from the Hakata station, very courteous and welcoming staffs. Although they only had smoking room available I was not bothered as it smell fresh enough.... More

The hotel situated just next to the jr station and is 4.8km away from the airport, which makes it pretty convenient. But it will be a little crowded since they could not set up an additional bed for us, with two kids. And on that day, the hotel was fully booked that we could not get another bigger room. And,... Clean, comfortable and spacious room with thoughtful amenities, fresh orchids and well-stocked mini-bar. Especially like the safety box with built-in electric plugs. Appreciated the room reservation team for their prompt reply and action when requested for booking amendments and arranging restaurants reservations. Dined in Icho and Benkei on 2/F which were both great, bakery on lobby Tea & Cocktail lounge... More

This review is a little late, we stayed at this hotel in November 2014 for four nights. We had two basic rooms but they were clean, large (especially for Japan where rooms can be small) and very conveniently located. It is very close to Hakata station and is connected through an underground pass. It is therefore close to all the... More

I stayed with friends in mid February 2015. The room is very comfortable, clean and roomy. The pillows and bed were so comfortable that my two picky friends fell into sleep at once. The hotel is centrally located, just next to Hakata subway station and 5 min walk from the train station.

Large rooms by Japanese standard with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities, including pajamas for the business traveler. Even though it is in the heart of Hakata, the rooms were quiet. Underground link to Hakata station making the walk in winter much easier. Also within walking distance to Canal City.

The moment one stepped into the lobby, you can feel the difference in standard of service. All the staff will greet you with a warm smile which I really appreciate. I have encountered some problem with the wifi and the front desk send a staff to my room within minutes. Location wise, about 5 mins walk to the train and... More

I stayed here for two nights for a work related trip, the location is very convenient and close to Hakata station, all other sightseeing is also nearby and convenient. The restaurant on the ground floor served reasonably good buffet breakfast and dinner and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent hotel with large well-decorated rooms, great location and service. Location : A few minutes walk from Hakata station. There's an underground link if you want to avoid walking in the cold during winter. A taxi from Fukuoka Airport cost 1300-1500 yen depending on traffic so taxi is the best way from the airport if you have... More

We stayed for three nights during December. From Fukuoka Airport, this hotel is about 25 minutes by car and physically located almost adjacent to Hakata Station if you're coming via train. It is about 10 minutes right from Nakasu and 15-20 minutes to Tenjin (by car). This unpretentious hotel generally impressed from check-in to check-out. Staff were constantly proactive in... More
