Stayed 1 night only before heading onto Beppu in my Kyushu Trip in March, reason being that it was full for the dates I returned to Fukuoka. Check in was fast enough and my standard twin room was upgraded upon my special request for higher floors with quiet room. The room was very spacious albeit furniture was a bit dated.... More

It is not common to find a relatively new/brand new hotel in Fukuoka which is close to subway station that has connecting rooms. Nikko is one and Okura Hotel is another one. However, the location of Nikko Hotel is better as it is located very close to Hakata JR station. There are also department stores like Hanshin, Tokyo Hands and... More

The hotel is conveniently located near the Hakata station with underground access so there is no worries even if it rains. Clean and comfortable rooms. And the service is excellent. We are so thankful for the hotel's help in helping locate our missing handphone and making arrangements to courier it all the way back from mojiko to singapore ! They... More

the staff is really nice and helpful, very convenient area to shopping and restaurants. But the price is little over price which is not included breakfast. But overall is seem ok to us, the hotel room is little old design, and the quality of the matters and pillows not that good. but we still have seven night to go

Fabulous hotel! It is connected to Hakata station by underground, making it so easy to get to our destinations from here. The people were great, the room was wonderful. The room was larger than I had expected.

The location cannot be more convenient. It is 200m from the Hakata (shinkansen) station, has its own direct access to the hakata subway station on the airport line from the room lifts (level B1) and is in front of a bus station from where any location in Fukuoka can be reached, and all the buses in Fukuoka speak english, which... I will stay here again if I visit Hakata next time! Location is good as it is near Hakata station that connects you for travelling & shopping. There is an underground subway connects hotel & train station thus even in wet weather, no umbrella is needed. The room is spacious, the shower is very comfortable. Shortcomings: I booked 3 non-smoking... More

Hotel Nikko Provided Excellent Service from beginning to end. Family rendezvous required two rooms for three nights in a city with over 85% occupancy mid July. Following numerous searches and no availability, Hotel Nikko had 1 room for our 1st night. A prior, excellent experience at the Nikko in San Francisco prompted our decision to book this room. We reserved... More

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel for 3 nights (14-16 June 2015) with my wife and child. We booked a twin bed room which was spacious, clean and tidy. Everything was just a few steps from the hotel. I would recoomend this hotel to everyone who would like to stay near the Hakata Station.

One of the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. English speaking staff and hotel is across the street from dinning and shopping at the train station. 10 minute drive to the international airport.
