The room is fair in size comparing with the price I paid for. Just like other budget hotel in Japan, their room is clean and with all necessary facility inside. But please be fair, in case you would like to have a sizable room for you and your family, this hotel may not a good choice to you. However, if... More

Spacious room even with three beds. wide window but small bathroom.. hard to move inside.. friendly receptionists but hard to communicate in English. Good location, good service, good quality of room compare to low price!

The room was small, but clean. It was quite convenient and it was close to Hakata station. The fares were reasonable and it did the job if you were just after a place to sleep and you would need to leave by train early in the morning.

The hotel room was spacious according to Japanese standard. Good location and only 5 mins walk from the Hakata Station. The hotel was with contemporary design but the breakfast was quite limited. However it was a bit noisy at night. Overall good value and would recommend it to others.

Hotel location is quite good, 6-7 mins walk from Hakata station. Family mart near by. Wifi speed is stable sometime but becomes lower during the peak hour (as it should be shared by all hotel guests) Stayed in a double room and the room size is just enough, can hardly imagine the semi-double room. One thing I don't like is... More

I stayed in a triple room. My room was spacius and clean, there were 2 queen size beds and one single bed. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, they spoke English fluently and gave me useful travel information. There was convenient store and take away restaurant across the road. It took around 15 mins walk from Hakata station but still... More

This was our first hotel in Japan and the price/quality ratio is really good. The hotel is very clean, spacious and well-equiped rooms, and a convenient location near the station. To sum up, a very good choice.

We arrived to the hotel around 14.45pm and our room wasn't clean yet. When we finally checked in we found several large black hairs on the bathroom and bed. The bed was very small for 2 people. Very noisy. Staff is very unprofessional. Good location.

This is an excellent hotel. My family and I stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were always very friendly and willing to help. The hotel is also located in a very good location. It's just a 5 minute walk to one of the main train station's - Hakata Station. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were a group of five people, four adults and one baby, staying at the Hotel Sunline for one night. We bought a package with dinner and breakfast from a website. The hotel location was not too bad as it is not too far from Hakata station. We chose to stay in a Japanese style room. The room was big... More
