The hotel is close to the Wakayamajyo castle and at a distance of the JR and Nankai stations.. I stayed in a no smoking single room with a view over the castle. The room was not small (a good point for me) with a small bathroom. I appreciated a view of the castle illuminated. In the building, there are a... More

Big hotel with reception at the fifth level n restaurants at level 1 and 3. Rooms are comfortably big with sofa and writing desk. There is also a air purifier. Breakfast is Japanese buffet. At L1, there is a 24 hours convenient store, Family Mart. There is also a very big bookstore at L1 and L2

Location is little bit far from the Wakayama station. Fee is also little bit expensive compared to the other hotels. But you can see Wakayama Castle from your room! The room is spacious unlike other japanese business hotel. Off course it is tidy. Also, break fast is also good, one thing I liked was there is paper cups for take... More

Spent two nights in this hotel in early December with my spouse. The hotel is in the city centre which is just opposite and across the avenue to Wakayama Castle. The hotel lobby is in the fifth floor of a building. Check in is smooth and staffs are friendly as well as helpful. The room is of good size in... More

The hotel is inside shopping complex Montique. U need to get into the lift and go up to the reception. Luckily, the name of the hotel is very visible at the top of the building so one cannot miss the place but confusion arises as when you look into the building , u see a big bookshop. From Wakayama station,... More

This hotel is clean with all the facilities you need. You may need to walk a bit from the Wakayama station or the Wakayamashi station but if you want a great view of the castle, you really gotta stay here! They got a convenient store just downstairs, free wifi, coin laundry and a complimentary toiletry for the ladies. Will definitely... More

Neat clean rooms. Very small. But that's the norm I guess for business hotels in Japan. Cant be faulted any other way. Although we were travelling in a group, check in was very quick, all key cards and breakfast vouchers printed and ready. They have a high degree of automation. You can check out through a machine if you like.... More

Stayed there for an overnight stop after the arrival in the evening. Catched the airport bus to JR Wakayama before arriving at the hotel by taxi in 5 mins. A few restaurants in the shopping mall with a 24 hrs bookstore (no English books) and mini supermarket. Room is clean with a very nice view of Wakayama Castle, plus free... More

My family (wife and two small children) enjoyed our stay here. The location was great - attached to a mall with convenience stores, shops, restaurants. Staff was very accomodating. Used the free internet in the lobby often. They also had coin operated laundry facilities - very handy and affordable (although dryers are much smaller and can take a long time... More
