My bf and I had a pleasant 1 night stay here in April 2013. Note- Sept 2013 is not actually representative of my stay. TA does not let me select my actual travel date of April 2013. Price: The cost for 1 night was $121 USD. The price was a little higher than we paid in Kyoto and Tokyo. Location:... More

Stayed one night at this hotel as I was flying out the next morning. The hotel's location near to Kansai International Airport is it's only selling point. It appears old, tired and not very welcoming. The room was on the 11th floor and was quiet, the fixtures & furnishings had seen better days. The breakfast buffet was expensive and very... More

We only stayed one night here, but found it a great place to stay. The hotel were very helpful with extra towels and linen. RIght next to Rinku station - very handy access if you have a lot of time. Just make sure the train you get is not airport express as those trains don't stop at Rinku. Handy airport... More

I wanted to stay in an airport hotel on the first night for two reasons: if my incoming flight was delayed, I would still be able to get to the hotel relatively easily (public transportation in Japan stops after midnight), and as a short term visitor, staying the first night in the hotel would delay the start of my five... Although rated 3* hotel, it's much better than expected. Room size is decent, not too tiny like some of the hotels in Tokyo. Reception staff were polite and room was clean. Hotel is within walking distance to the Rinku Town Station and Rinku Premium Outlet. It is about an hr's train ride from hotel to Namba Station, where Dotonbori is... More

Getting here was easy; just look for Rinku town, which is one stop before the Kansai Airport. - 3-star hotel that has a 4-star feel of space. - Just outside the Rinku Town subway station. - Family mart on the 2nd level. - Huge double super-single bed. - Nice view of the ferris wheel & the bridge leading to Kansai... This is the third consecutive year I have stayed at this hotel as a stopover for my travel into south west Japan. It never lets me down from the convenient free of charge shuttle bus to and from KIX; the comfortable, cosy practical rooms and best of all the wonderful buffet breakfast the hotel offers guests. I paid just 1,100... More

We stayed here as part of a tour and found the room quite a novelty for our first night in Japan. The heated toilet seats, pottery tea cups, spare pillow with hard lumpy contents and cute hot water jug were memorable. It was one of the bigger rooms we had on the tour and reasonably comfortable.

My wife and I decided to stay here before flying out of Osaka the following day. We arrived quite late due to dinner elsewhere and the hotel was hard to find as there was insufficient signage. Upon checking in the staff gave an indifferent attitude which was a complete reversal from the typical "Japanese way". It wasn't as if they... More

The place has great location. Our room looked out towards the ocean and you could see the airport. Some rooms do not offer that view. The breakfast included fare was good. There was a bit of chaos at the reception as large groups come through tour operators. There were not adequate seating capacity at the reception area. Breakfast was great.... More
