Superb location, walk from the train to your hotel. Maybe 200-300 steps to get to the hotel, so easy. This hotel offers 4 very good restaurants, and they are mid-range to very expensive. Nara also offers world-class Michelin-starred restaurants, and the concierge here can assist with booking the finest restaurants in the country (in Nara or Osaka, Kyoto, even Tokyo).... More

Perfect location, clean rooms, helpful staff who went out of their way to help. In short, everything you need to make your stay in Nara complete. I'm vegetarian and the evening restaurant buffet had limited choice for me (often the case in Japan). But the staff prepared a special and delicious vegetarian evening meal just for me. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay... More

Arrived to the hotel in mid day and in hurry to catch up with the Wakamiya-On festival. Check in smooth and fast. Requested 2 adjoining rooms and got it. Room is nice, newly decorated, simple design. Internet fast and good. Hotel located above / within the local Nara JR station. Also on first floor there is local supermarket that open... More

Nice, clean, conveniently located hotel. Good for business travel as being in central Nara. Breakfast buffet is good and fills up quickly. Very clean and comfortable. Apparently the hotel is used by the Royal family when they travel to Nara.

I have just check-in my room on today (27/12), When I went to the room, I totally found that the room size is too squeeze that is totally different from when I see from their official website, I have booked a room for 4 persons with 4 beds, their photo misleading me that the room is quite spacious even with... This hotel is in the station complex so on arrival from the train, go upstairs and walk outside. The room was average but absolutely fine. Great location. Grand reception but rooms rather pokey. Restaurants very expensive but loads around the station and nearby - there is a main street which is diagonally opposite the hotel which is full of restaurants.... More

This hotel could not be in a better location - close to shops, train station and restaurants. The staff are very nice and welcoming and the room was clean and spacious enough for our belongings. Everything was as you would expect, however the room had no hair dryer and no safe, which I expect as standard in every hotel room.

My friends and I stayed here last month. The location is right beside the Nara station so very convenient for those travelling by train. I also saw that the airport limousine bus stop is in that same area. The stop for local loop buses are in the same area too! It also has a supermarket right beside it! Close to... More

Stuck to the Nara station, this modern hotel is really clean, convenient and confortable. Rooms are wide and offer a wide sight over the city. Staff is efficient but a bit too cold. Rooms are wide and well equipped. Breakfast is offering a buffet of asian and contiental dishes. All the main attractions of Nara can be reached walking from... More

It is hard to imagine a more convenient location for a hotel in Nara. You get off the JR train from Kyoto and you walk just a hundred meters to the entrance to the hotel. Keep in mind there is another train station in Nara from another train company so make sure you are on the JR train or you... More
