I love everything about this hotel. The room is comfortable, the bath area is spacious. It's clean and well-renovated. I'd recommend for everyone to stay at this hotel. However their management at the dining hall is beyond terrifying. We have to wait over 30 mins to be seated. As we have to check out by 10am. We have so little... More

Part of the Mikazuki chain in Japan - if you've been to one, you'll know what to expect! If not, this one is 3 minutes walk immediately in front of Kinugawa station (JR+Tobu) which is 2 hours from Tokyo on the fast trains. It's a mass market experience - you're not going for quiet, peace or culture. There's a good,... More

Stayed only 1 night wish we could have stayed 1 more. Ofuro was fantastic with lots of pools and the male and female rooms interchanged the next day. One day you get to experience the golden bath and the next day the silver bath. Clean and immaculate. Good service. If you want a massage book early. You can wear your... More

We had a very good stay. We were there late week - Thurs & Fri nights. Also, it wasn't a Japanese Holiday week. So I felt it wasn't very busy. There were tour buses of folks, but it was nice to have company. Mainly we stayed here for the pool. Although there was an extra charge (this is Japan) it... More

A previous reviewer was correct - after it gets busy, the smell of cigarretes refuses to clear. Main problem was the price. Am currently in our room on the 15th floor and have found the whole experience very underwhelming.

We were recommended this hotel during a holiday weekend so we were happy just to get a room. This place was huge! And, the cafeteria was ginormous ... with bright florescent lights. The onsen area was also huge. I treated myself to a massage that ended up being a body scrub??? I've given up understanding how things work in Japan.... More
