The rooms are small--very small. What made me laugh was the shower is also small and the shower head was made for someone maybe 5'4 and I am 5'10". Since the Japanese tend to be a small people so is the furniture. We were treated with much respect. there was an open air market right down the street and a... More

The staff is absolutely amazing! They are very friendly and speak English quite well. They rooms are always offered to be made up, and yes, the one we had was small, but it was what we needed. I find it's wonderfully located for shops, dinning, and the Navy base is a 15 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend this... More

The business style rooms are incredibly small, with bathrooms sized to match. Very close, one block, to the Yokosukachuo train station Plus, well short walk to/from station Minus, the train guard whistle and train noise will wake you in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good little hotel and value. Typical of most Japanese hotel rooms, small, but clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with information concerning local area. I would stay here again.

I needed to stay in Yokosuka for last 10 days of Jan 2013 and there was no vacancies until I happened on Book.com who had three rooms at the Central Hotel right downtown in Yoksuka for half what I was expecting to pay. I didn’t know what to expect but it was better than staying in Yokahama and dealing with... More

This is a absolute GEM of a hotel room right out of the 60's! It is a very well keep relic that has and an amazingly helpful manager and staff. Rates were half of the "American style" hotel. Location is perfect; walk to everything. The garage attendants are super-polite (isn't everybody in Japan?) and the local eateries are fantastic. Yokosuka:... More

The other reviews must have been paid for. Have been here for a week. Rooms small and smell like someone smoked a carton of cigs just before I got it. A/C isn't turned on so I have to open window and listen the the train start and stop all the time right outside my window. You can hear the train... More

Attentive, English-speaking staff. Very clean & nice rooms, bathrooms, bedding. Refrigerator in room. Lobby breakfast (included with some room rates) is a high-quality mix of Western (and Asian) standards. Good location: one block west of TGI Friday's; across street from grocery store, Stabucks, Subway sandwich shop, McDonald's & mall. Across street from Yokosuka-Chuo train station (not to be confused with... More
