We stayed here recently for 5 nights. Had a corner room and connecting twin room - family of 4. Amazing views. Rooms pretty average to be honest. The beds are so firm they give you back ache. So bad we were on ibuprofen for the time here. TV options in English limited to BBC and CNN and not in English... More

Excellent location. Right on the Minatomirai station. Everything just 2 minutes walk around the hotel. worth the stay. There are 2 stations on either side of the hotel. Worth the stay. Location was like the hotel is in the center of everything. The room keys are a blast from the past - actual keys just the feel of the same... More

Visited Yokohama to attend a wedding. The hotel is situated on the upper levels of a skyscraper. The views are amazing....weather permitting. The location is very convenient and connected to a big mall. Restaurants aplenty. The bathrooms were BIG!! and the window next to the bath tub was a pretty nice touch. The rooms are bit cramped.....which was weird in... More

My gf and I used this restaurant on 3rd July, 2015 at evening. Food was not so good. Everything was not so much tasty, just ordinary. Especially pudding was awful. It's the worst one I ever had. I can make it even if Im not good at cooking. It still remained egg's smell, which was bad. It was unreasonable to... More

I have stayed in this hotel many times, spanning over a decade. The rooms are in excellent condition, clean and fresh. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. Restaurants and bars are of international standard, with good varieties, spoilt for choice. The shopping malls behind the hotel have many nice and exquisite items for any shopper. Restaurants and fast food... More

I stayed there during my business trip in May 2015 and I would say the hotel is old but clean. The location is 5 mins walk to Sakuragicho JR station, just one station away from Yokohama station. Food is easily accessible and the view is good.

In contemporary elegance, this hotel exceeds every expectation in terms of service, convenience, and the best part is how genuine the hearts and minds are of the staff. The Sky Lounge's view is incredible, make sure to catch the great happy hour specials.

a prestigious looking hotel that occupies the highest floors of this tallest building in Yokohama. The room was large and well equipped with a great bathroom and an amazing view over the bay towards Tokyo in the distance, with the famous Ferris Wheel just nearby. Downstairs the hotel connects to shopping malls with supermarket, restaurants and boutiques that sell just... More
