Very beautiful hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff with better- than - average English. A few minutes walk to the convention center (through the mall - the whole walk can be under cover if you want). Lots of dining options nearby. Didn't do the breakfast - a colleague said it was really expensive (~$40). I would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night each time before and after our Cruise around Japan. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on top of the Landmark tower and is very close to the old Yokohama dock yard ,Pacifico convention centre and the Osanbashi cruise terminal at . It is also situated within close proximity... More

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in November. The location is perfect and usually the rooms have great views. The room was big, the temperature of the ac was perfect for me, everything was very clean. The hotel itself can be quite confusing when you try to enter from one of the multiples entrances. I had some room... More

We stayed on the 55th floor of this extraordinary building for about a month when relocating to japan. As with everything japanese, the hotel aims for perfection, and but for one tiny little thing, it pretty much has it nailed. The only flaw was the air con in our room, nowhere near as efficient as required by a sweltering japanese... More

The hotel is located in the Minato Mirai district of Yokohama, which is close enough to local attractions to be able to walk. We were there prior to embarkation on the Diamond Princess the next day. We had a bay view room, which included offering a view of the ferris wheel at the theme park across the bay, which is... More

I think this hotel is must if you are travelling to Yokohama. An iconic building with great city views. I loved my stay at the Yokohama Royal Park Hotel. Great room, good price with lots of great places to see and visit a walking distance away. The harbour, theme park, china town are not far away. The rooms are plush... More

Very comfortable hotel in centre of city. Also adjoining a shopping centre with lots of bars and restaurants. The well equipped rooms are large with terrific views of Yokohama and out to Mount Fuji. Breakfast was international standard.

Had 11 nights at this hotel. It was very nice. Not much English spoken but they do try hard to help with any problems. Beds very hard but one call and that was sorted. The hotel was very clean as was the room. We stayed in a Deluxe Twin on the 53rd floor with great views. The room size was... More

Stayed at this hotel during my recent visit to Yokohama. Easily accessible (50 min drive) from Haneda airport by the airport limousine bus. In the centre of town and the higher floors afford a breathtaking view of Yokohama. The rooms are spacious contrary to Japanese standards and well equipped and of course spotlessly clean. Enjoyed my stay with an extremely... More

My third stay at this 5 star luxury hotel. It has everything, but is an odd layout, with multiple entrances at different levels of the Landmark tower, the tallest (habitable) building in Japan. The rooms are huge, the views breathtaking, looking out from floors 54-69 over Yokohama city and bay. The 70th floor bar is expensive, but worthwhile, taking a... More
