I normally stay at the nearby Intercontinental Grand Hotel but it was fully booked and I ended up here instead. So my review really compares the two. Pros - more convenient for the mall shops and restaurants but only by about 5 minutes walk, similarly close to many office including the one I was working at. Cons - much less... More

The hotel location is in the centre of the city with an adjoining a shopping centre with lots of bars and restaurants. The the views are great and on one day I was lucky enough to get a crystal clear day which ensured I could see Mt. Fuji "picture postcard style" from the hotel To get the best picture of... More

The Royal Park is an exceptional hotel, with everything working well. The views from the Executive Club are beautiful on a clear day (note clear days are not always possible!). Mt Fuji for breakfast is one of the most memorable sights you'll ever witness! What a privilege. Tepanyaki in the basement is good, too. The situation of the Royal Park... More

The most valuable - exceptional view from rooms. The hotel is well maintained but pretty old fashioned. The hotel itself can be quite confusing when you try to enter lobby from one of the multiples entrances. Pretty difficult to find breakfast area. One night my room (non smoking was requested) was like sleeping in a old ashtray.

A hotel that I can recommend to others and look forward to staying at again. The staff were excellent, with some of the most friendly and professional Ive seen for some time. The hotel was well decorated, clean and is in a great location with easy access to public transport. The direct link to the mall downstairs made it easy... More

We stayed at Yokohama Royal Park Hotel for 1 night on 66th Floor, city view and the view was simply AMAZING! There was no need for us to go to Tokyo Sky tree! Our bed was facing the big window so we could enjoy the view at night. Sadly, it was a cloudy day so we couldn't see Mt. Fuji... More

We had after dinner drinks around 10pm at top floor. Our male server served us politely just like other Japanese. But we all (4) felt so cold and realized all other employees are similar. I felt same way in everywhere coming from management which are at dining, room amenity, checking loby. I am the person prefer simple, clean and less... More

Once you enter the room and walk across to the other side, you can expect to be greeted by absolutely stunning and serene views of the bay area...The colours and the range of what you see changes at night with the dazzling lights dooted across the area. And with all rooms are on the 52nd to the 70th floor of... More

This hotel is located in the tallest building in Japan. My room had a spectacular view of Mount Fuji. The room was spacious with comfortable chairs and a desk. Wifi was available throughout the hotel. The bed and linens were luxurious, as one would expect in this type of hotel. The bathroom was large with a separate shower and huge... More

Very beautiful hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff with better- than - average English. A few minutes walk to the convention center (through the mall - the whole walk can be under cover if you want). Lots of dining options nearby. Didn't do the breakfast - a colleague said it was really expensive (~$40). I would stay here again.
