We know the Yokohama area well, so we knew this would be a great place to stay. We had a family room booked. We had a fantastic view of the city. The room was a lovely size, lovely bathroom with a great fab bath. The room had an extra toilet which was great with the family. The key to the... More

If you want great views, this is the hotel for you! The rooms are clean and and functional. However, I have stayed in lots of fantastic hotels - and this one is ok but not great. They charge for everything - including pool usage. Breakfast is expensive and so and so. The folks who work here are very attentive and... More

We spent over a week in the Royal Park Hotel, attending a conference in the nearby Conference center. After an overnight long-haul night flight we were keen to get to our room to have some rest. First problem encountered was that the hotel reception clerk claimed that my major international credit card was not accepted by the hotel system. We... More

good view of the harbor, especially night view.good location to walk to the nearby Snoopy museum. But rather poor room facilities for a 5 star hotel:no free coffee bag,no free bottle water,1 bottle of bathing gel for a double room!

My husband and I stayed there for 6 nights, we are still missing the confortable bed and the great pillows ( not the ones that come by default, but the ones you can choose, for free of course, from the hallway cabinets). The rooms was good size (this is Japan, ok) and super clean. In fact the whole hotel is... More

This is the hotel in Tokyo with the most breathtaking view from your room. Regarding the rooms they are vey clean, quiet and spacious. There are 2 top roof restaurants where you can enjoy the view on Tokyo City. There is a shopping mall on the basement of the hotel where you can find various supermarkets and also a starbucks... Great view of the bay from our hotel room on the 59th floor. The room was very spacious with very comfortable beds. Luxurious bathroom for Japan with lots of amenities. We had room service one night and it was superb - beautifully presented, delicious food with plenty of little extras that we hadn't counted on (eg: miso soup and salad).... More

A great (and expensive) hotel. The views are impressive from all rooms. Rooms are big (very big compared with Japanese standard) and very clean. The staff is very friendly and polite, and always trying to serve the customer, although speaking in English can be a problem sometimes. Having breakfast in the top floor is simply amazing. The hotel is very... More

I arrived directly to this hotel after a long transcontinental flight with the family and it helped overcoming the jet-lag through confortable rooms, all-around services and ... amazing views. The highest hotel in Japan (rooms are located from the 50th floor upwars). If you have to be in Yokohama for whatever reason, this is surely a good place to be.... More

We stayed in the Yokohama Royal Park for 4 nights on a family trip, and we were mesmerized by the hotel. First the view: We were lucky enough to have been given a room with view over the bay, and boy, what a view it was! It doesn't get any more spectacular than that! We loved the round extra window...
