Nice array of breakfast food, well worth the money. 14th floor for me, decent views over the city, small double room, smelled of smoke in corridor but cleared out from room quickly as I was there a week and didn't smoke in it. Towel changed daily, working air con, nice robe and slippers for the stay. A small Lawson-chain convenience... More

I participated in a conference held in Pacifiko. From the hotel you can take 5 minutes walk to Kannai station - it was only one stop to Pacifiko - you can take a train from there also to Tokio. However I would recommend the Yokohama Sakuragi-Cho Washington Hotel if you are participating a conference in Pacifico because from there it... More

The reviews of this hotel are somewhat mixed, and after staying there 3 nights I can begin to understand why. The good: The location was excellent, adjacent to a subway station (easy access to Yokohama or Shin-Yokohama stations) and a few blocks from a JR station (access to Yokohama station). The room with twin beds was reasonably priced. Wi-fi was... More

For what I paid for this hotel, I am convinced someone somewhere made a mistake. It cost not much more than a hostel dorm bed for us to stay here, and we seemed to be upgraded in the end as well. The staff spoke English very well, and were very professional. The building is a bit older and so are... More

We only had one night in Yokohama, so we decided to get a little nicer hotel than the hostels we were staying in. The room was a little small, but that was okay. It wasn't expensive and we don't need a lot of room. The staff were very helpful, and the value is unbeatable. I guess the only problem I... More

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, whilst we moved from Tokyo to Yokohama for a few days. We had arrived early and the front desk kindly looked after our bags for us, while we went out to explore the area and come back to check-in later. Front desk staff were great and could speak fluent English. The room:... More

We booked our hotel from the US. Upon arrival at Isezakicho Washington Hotel, we discovered we were given only 1 bed for 3 people, 2 bath-towels, & 2 hand-towels even though we made reservation for 2 adults-1older child. We returned to the front desk, asked for 2 beds and had to pay more for that, but they moved us, without... More

We stayed at the washington for 4 nights whilst travelling around the Tokyo area. It has excellent links to the centre of yokohama as it is directly next to 'Isezaki Chojimachi' station. We had a twin room which was spacious. The bathroom facilities were excellent. The only slight downside was the room was extremely hot and it seemed the air... More

I stayed there on May 2012. Room is Ok, extra size than other hotel in Japan (STD Room). Room is quite old, smoking smelling but clean. In room amenities is OK for us. You can get the necessary items at lobby. Free internet land cable with good speed. Very good location 5 minutes walk to JR Kennai Station and 10... More
