This hotel is wonderful. It is new and from the moment you walk in, you are politely greeted by the bellhop staff and the front desk. The Sheraton is conveniently located next to the Yokohama central train station and has nice amenities and a friendly, helpful staff. I, too, had the pleasure of staying on the executive floor and it was pretty amazing in terms of view and service. My wife and I ended up staying at the Sheraton on the last night of a business trip that I had in Yokohama. Our other hotel (Intercon) was full and they could not lift the waitlist. I stayed 1 night on November 1 and it was excellent. The hotel is right in front of the Yokohama Station, very convenient, the staff was helpful and friendly, I had a big room, 2 single beds and a nice view on Yokohama. There's a mall underground connecting with the hotel. My stay was really nice. more
