Location: ok. Next to train station, a shopping mall, many places for food and daily needs. Food: Have affordable eating places (500- 1000yen) just outside of it. Rooms: Clean and neat. My wife and myself was travelling through Japan from Nagasaki via many cities to Tokyo. Shin- Yokohama was one of the hotel we stayed in. Good service, clean hotel, nice view. There is also a lounge at the top-most floor. Worth staying in. more

Don't book it for the name thinking a Prince is gonna better than average. It's a dreary, institutional, grey affair away from the must see sites of seaside Yokohama. Hotel was very convenient for my business meeting, and also attached to a mall and subway stop. Also right next door walking to the express train to Tokyo. Not the bullet train, but still REALLY fast. Front Desk was very helpful, and English was readily spoken.
