This is a five star hotel that really is a four star. Good clean rooms with the usual comforts of Japan - bidets and bathtub. Good range of toiletries. We recently stayed at the Intercontinental in Yokohama and thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was short. The staff were very helpful. We stayed on the Club Floor and definitely recommend this experience.
