This hotel should not be confused with the sister hotel next to the baseball stadium! This one is on the opposite side of the station. The hotel is upstairs above the shops but obvious enough. Check in is on 3f. The room was a premium business hotel room. Meaning it was very compact but what was there was of a... More

We just completed a three night stay in December 2013 in this modern, clean, friendly hotel which is located next to China Town and just within 8 mins walk to metro station either Kannai or Nihondori! The rooms are good sized for Japanese hotels, and the bathroom is just big and comfortable which provided good toiletries. I highly recommend adding... More

We stayed here for three nights while touring Yokohama. It was a great location as it was close to ChinaTown and the train station. We could not get a big enough room to accommodate our family so ended up with 2 x double rooms. The hotel was very new and very clean. I liked the special touch of providing the... More

We just completed a three night stay in this modern and very clean hotel. Check-in was rapid. Rooms are small by US standard, but typically Japanese with great amenities, great Italian restaurant and a 24 hour convenience store in lobby. Décor is very dark and hallways are dimly lit. Staff is not generally bilingual, but are most helpful. Premises are... More

Warmest Greeting from Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama-Koen. Thank you very much for staying with us. We really hope you enjoyed your life in Yokohama. As you noted our hotel atmosphere is a little modern dark and classical. The pillow you tried is our original one which has two different sides, comfortable soft and hard side. However we apologize for our staffs'... More

First, there are two of these hotels in the area. This one is next to the baseball stadium, 8 min walk from the kannai rail station. Great location, next to China town and near the water, the hotel is in good condition. The rooms are full sized for Japanese hotels, and the bathroom is just big which is saying a... More

It was 5 nights business stay there with a 5 min. walking distance to a big main station making it easier to have transportation. Also with a 24/7 super market just beside the hotel entrance with some cold sandwiches,drinks,snacks,.... it helped me a lot when everything around was closed. The staff are VERY friendly, the rooms are small like most of the... More

Stayed 3 nights before heading to a 9 day cruise that started and ended in Yokohama. The hotel is located just a block away from Chinatown and a 10-15 minute walk to the International Passenger Terminal to embark on our cruise. Overall, it's a very good hotel with a reasonable price. Room is small but this is quite standard in... More

We often stay here whenever we're in Yokohama! Great location, that's quiet (have never heard any traffic ... or anything for that matter) and it's easy to get to everywhere from here. We always choose a cheaper room without a view but once you close the curtains you don't see anything anyway. Always very clean rooms, that are just spacious... More

This hotel was the best place we stayed at in our 2 week trip to Japan. As we were too early to check-in, front desk (located on the 3rd floor) took our suitcases and kept them in the back office until we came back in the evening. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and knew the area well.... More

This hotel is located near Nihon Odori station.. like 7 minutes walk.. and is opposite yokohama stadium. All is ok with the hotel.. except that I don't really like the housekeeping. They didn't change my room comforter cover for my entire stay of about 10 nights! And they didn't vacuum the carpets either.. I dunno why.. This is my 4th... More
