If taking the subway, get off at the Nihonbashi station, and take exit 2. At the top of the stairs, turn around and head in the other direction 2 blocks, to the park (and baseball stadium)....you then turn left, you will see it in front of you. (it's all lit up at at night). I paid just under $45.00 USD/night... More

We had 1 night at a Standard Double Room so there is not much I can tell. but everything was really good. Nice staff, clean hotel, comfortable bed and we also had a silent night. The bathroom was small but that is usual in Japan. It was clean and worked well! It was maybe a 15 minutes walk away from... More

We stayed here overnight before a cruise. The hotel is clean and we could walk to the cruise terminal. It was also close to the JR train station so easy to get to from Narita. The price was right for the basic room. The bath was nice and had all the necessary toiletries. We bought the breakfast buffet and it... More

The Daiwa Roynet hotel Yokohama Koen is a fantastic property. The location is convenient, right in the business district of Yokohama. The Pacifico Convention centre is a walkable distance away and so is the Chinatown. The staff is at their courteous best and ever ready to help. They arranged for a Tokyo drop in ten minutes when our booked cab... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, it is in a great location close to the port. We were able to walk to the hotel from the JR train station. The hotel is opposite the Yokohama baseball stadium. We had previously stayed at two Daiwa Roynet hotels in Kyoto and Osaka so knew what to expect. The hotel is... More

This hotel in Yokohama is a good place to use as a base for a Tokyo visit. The area is relatively uncrowded (compared to central Tokyo), there are a number of local attractions (either in walking distance or within a few metro stops), the metro station is 5 mins walk, and Chinatown nearby is full of restaurants. Tokyo central is... More

I was very pleased is settled on this hotel for our few days in Yokohama as it was very convenient to many of the things we wanted to see and it was well priced (I'm avoiding saying cheap as that often implies a lesser product, which this is not). The rooms are the usual small Japanese hotel rooms, but the... More

Stayed for 2 nights. Great modern hotel, good size rooms. Nice atmosphere. Breakfast was ok in adjacent restaurant;included in our room rate. Laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, non smoking rooms. ~5 minutes walk to both bus and subway stations. Staff spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. Well recommended!

This hotel is located just near the entrance to Chinatown. If you like Chinese food there is plenty to choose from. We changed trains to a local train at Yokohama station which was a short trip and a short walk from the station past the baseball stadium to the hotel. I would happily recommend this hotel. The rooms are small... More

The location is the highlight of this hotel. 1 block to Chinatown, across the street from the Yokohama baseball stadium and 7 minutes to the subway and rail by foot. The gardens adjacent to the stadium (Yokohama Koen) is an incredible burst of color courtesy of the large tracts of tulips planted there. Hotel wise, the lobby and public areas... More
