We stayed as a family of 5 in a traditional Japanese tatami room with a spectacular view over Yokohama bay. Friendly efficient service. It was the perfect place before our flight home from nearby Haneda. It's mainly used by businessmen but made a family perfect base for a day trip to Kamakura then the bus to the airport.

Stayed at Navios for business in June. I was in the single room, which was very small and a uncomfortable single bed. The bathroom was the smallest I've seen, felt almost claustrophobic. Wifi Internet access was provided only in the hotel lobby or in the restaurant. They do provide Ethernet access but myself and my colleagues have notebooks without this... More

I stayed in this hotel for an asian convention. The hotel has a very nice location and very serene. The hotel is located near the port where cruise ship docks. My room has a very nice view of the the Yokohama Bay and a very nice park full of flowers in bloom. I can also see the Red Brick Warehouse,... More

I have meetings which run from a week to two every November in Yokohama so I have stayed in Navios many times. This is a business hotel and things all run smoothly as you would expect. The internet in the room is fast but wired (hotel provide RJ22/LAN cable in the room to connect). Free WiFi is available in the... More

The best part of this hotel (apart from its arresting structure), is the quaint walk along the old railroad track from Sakuragicho Station to World Porter Mall (where the hotel is located). its a nice walk, but once you have done that a couple times, there is nothing more to the hotel. yes, its old style, with that hint of... This is a clean and functional hotel that is well located, a short walk from the Pacifico Yokohama conference center; staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thank goodness the window opened a bit so I could balance the hard to control air conditioner. My twin bed room had hard pillows but a cozy comforter and adequate hot water. Breakfast buffet... There's lots to recommend about the Navios Yokohama: friendly service, big rooms, great view, super location. They adjusted my room rate when they found out that I ended up being on my own for the first two nights of my stay, which was really great. There were also things I didn't love: I found the bed and pillows really hard.... More

The best thing about this hotel is that it's within walking distance of pretty much everything you'd want to do in Yokohama. It's also less than 5 mins walk from the closest subway station (Bashamichi) which then connects you to Yokohama station in around 5-10mins. The hotel is very clean and the staff are really friendly. I notice other reviews... More

I really like this hotel. It's right beside the World Porters mall which has a pretty good food court and a lot of shops. The staff had excellent English and was very friendly with genuine smiles. My room was upgraded free to a deluxe room on the top floor facing the Ferris wheel. The view was amazing especially at night.... More
