I stayed for a week at the Richmond Hotel on a work trip. The hotel is a modern well kept property with small yet comfortable rooms. Room sizes in Japan are generally quite small. The amenities are western with staff speaking adequate English. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the large Musashi Kosugi station. This makes the commute... More

We enjoyed a 10-night stay here in November. One of the two main reasons we chose the hotel was the ease of access from Narita. The Narita Express departs from the airport every half hour. When you leave the train at Musashi Kosugi, escalators take you to the New South Gate exit; the hotel is just around the corner. The... More

Hotel is centrally located with easy access to many areas in Toyko by many trains. Hotel rooms are spacious as compared to hotels in central Tokyo. Well equipped with all amenities. Restaurant is basic with limited menu but OK. Many restaurants available in the area. For shopping you can go to Kawasaki and is a few stations from Musashi Kosugi... More

My first time to Tokyo. Easy access through Narita express from airport, get off at Musashikosugi station. hotel is 2 minutes walk from station. Very clean and tidy rooms. Helpful staff. Free WiFi. Breakfast is delicious and good variety as well. Lot of shops around in walking distance. Easily accessible to all important places like Shinjuku, Shinagawa through metro. Peaceful... More

Located very close to Musashikosugi station, has very good access to airport by Narita express (stops at Musashikosugi station). Rooms are good and spacious by Japanese standards (compact by other standards). Has free WiFi access. Hotel staff are very helpful and service is excellent. Breakfast has decent spread, but becomes monotonous after 3 days of repetition. Overall a good value... More

This hotel, although with typically Japanese-style small rooms, is situated well for a visit to Tokyo's more than a thousand sites (on TripAdvisor) and 35 million or so people. Everything works well, the breakfast (extra ¥1000 on the room price) is a pleasant mixture of Japanese and European food. Restaurant does not appear to have opened yet. The area itself... More

This is my second time to stay in Richmond Hotel Premier Musashikosugi. I like to stay in this hotel as there is a direct train route from Narita Airport to the Musashi Kosugi Station via Narita Express. For those who may not want to be in a crowded train and station with your big bags, this hotel is would be... More

Stayed May 24-May 28, 2014. Super convenient location and great value. My daughter and I ended up in a handicapped room (though neither of us are handicapped) and it was spacious for a Japanese hotel room and very clean. Front desk is very helpful and the refrigerator is not filled with their stuff. Because several different JR lines go through... More

When we visit my son in Musashi-Kosugi, we stay here. Three trips and never a problem! The views are great, the cleaning staff is meticulous, the front desk is efficient, and the rooms are just right for one or two persons. Plenty of good dining within walking distance. Great access to both Tokyo and to Yokohama (among other places). You... More
