We had a great stay. The hotel was extremely comfortable and a perfect size for us. The breakfast buffet was a great value. Very good food at a great price. We ate most of our meals across the street at the Grandtree Mall. Plenty of great places to eat near the station in walking distance of the hotel. Everyone in... More

My review of this hotel is a bit delayed. We stayed in the hotel last summer while my son attended Temple University. We were in one of the Premiere Twin rooms and it was extremely well maintained. This hotel is away from central Tokyo, but with the excellent train system, it was never an issue. Actually, not only was the... More

The hotel is very convenient if you will be coming from Narita Airport via Narita Express as it will take you right on the closest station from it which is Musashi Kosugi station. From the train station its 5-7mins on foot to the hotel, North exit. The staffs and front desk receptionist are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hotel room is... More

I have stayed in the hotel due to reasonable price..rooms are pretty small..may be I am used to large rooms in India..breakfast menu is very sparse..little choice (actually hardly) if you are a vegetarian.. location is good, close to market, close to stations ..overall good value for money

I stayed for a week at the Richmond Hotel on a work trip. The hotel is a modern well kept property with small yet comfortable rooms. Room sizes in Japan are generally quite small. The amenities are western with staff speaking adequate English. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the large Musashi Kosugi station. This makes the commute... More

We enjoyed a 10-night stay here in November. One of the two main reasons we chose the hotel was the ease of access from Narita. The Narita Express departs from the airport every half hour. When you leave the train at Musashi Kosugi, escalators take you to the New South Gate exit; the hotel is just around the corner. The... More

Hotel is centrally located with easy access to many areas in Toyko by many trains. Hotel rooms are spacious as compared to hotels in central Tokyo. Well equipped with all amenities. Restaurant is basic with limited menu but OK. Many restaurants available in the area. For shopping you can go to Kawasaki and is a few stations from Musashi Kosugi... More

Located very close to Musashikosugi station, has very good access to airport by Narita express (stops at Musashikosugi station). Rooms are good and spacious by Japanese standards (compact by other standards). Has free WiFi access. Hotel staff are very helpful and service is excellent. Breakfast has decent spread, but becomes monotonous after 3 days of repetition. Overall a good value... More

This hotel, although with typically Japanese-style small rooms, is situated well for a visit to Tokyo's more than a thousand sites (on TripAdvisor) and 35 million or so people. Everything works well, the breakfast (extra ¥1000 on the room price) is a pleasant mixture of Japanese and European food. Restaurant does not appear to have opened yet. The area itself... More
