I went to this hotel in October 2008 as part of a group tour. The hotel has a monopoly on tours visiting the Mt Fuji area and on the day we arrived, five other coach parties arrived. To be fair, coach parties have their own check-in arrangements so individual travllers should not have any problems with delays when they arrive... more
