Had three nights here for a mix of business and tourism. Very good location in Shinjuku for shopping and nightlife. Room was small, but that's to be expected in Tokyo. Service was friendly and efficient. Very nice bar and restaurant downstairs with good buffet for breakfast. I'd stay again.

The hotel is an official Disney resort partner. They have free shuttle to Disneyland every 10 minutes. Rooms have theme, take your pick. Room is clean and have complete bathroom amenities. Breakfast is expensive at JPY2,970/person with limited choices. Dinner at JPY3,800/person. No wifi inside the room Bell boy service helped us book for airport limo bus to Narita. Recommend... More

There is NO REASON to stay here if you're not going to the parks. But if you are going to Tokyo Disney Resort, Sunroute is a good choice. (Note I have only stayed here, so don't have anything to compare it to.) We stayed on the castle floor which our 4-year old loved. (I also peeked in at the Frontier... More

When your flight arrives at 6am, it's a pain not being able to check in until 3pm, but the staff at this basic hotel provide exceptional service; super friendly! Would stay again in a heartbeat! The buffet is quite good also.

Got one room for a family of 4. Very comfortable and did not feel cramped at all. The shower and toilet were spacious and had all the amenities available. Breakfast came with my reservation with choice of 3 restaurants. My family enjoyed the Japanese restaurant and had all our meals there. The attraction parks are literally next door and shuttle... Was here on April 2014. Abit chilly but bearable in Disneyland. Hotel location is abit far from the Disneyland gate but buses are there to take you every 15 minutes. You pay what you get as the hotel is simple but nice. Breakfast is nothing to shout about but the room even though small does it job with comfy beds... More

We stayed here for our honeymoon and got a bottle of champagne from the lovely friendly staff! The concierge was really helpful with maps and dinner bookings for us. Perfect location 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku station, on the quieter side. The room was really big and had a great view. Breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

We like to make our Disney visits all day adventures but then feel exhausted carrying our sleeping kids home on the multi-hour excursion on crowded late-night trains afterwards. This time we decided to crash afterward at a nearby hotel and were happy we did. We price-shopped and found this to be the cheapest option for our family of four (with... More

I recently stayed and was pleased with the location, the room and the service. I would certainly stay there again. And if you wanted to, you can stay in the hotel and watch the Disneyland fireworks. It was a nice alternative to the other higher priced Disney hotels and less crowded too.

This is a good alternative to staying in the more expensive Disney hotels! The check in was fast, with minimal language barriers. They do understand simple english. Got myself a standard room. It was small, but what the heck, you are supposed to be in Disneyland enjjoying yourself, not in the room!
