This is a very nice hotel. Very clean and well placed for Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Staff are excellent and are very helpful. Standard room is very good with large King size bed, bath and shower, large LCD TV, safe and small fridge to keep your own items. There is a small convenience store in the hotel which has groceries,... More

There really isn't anything wrong with this hotel, except for the price. Granted it's right in the heart of the Tokyo Disney Resort, but the price is rather steep for what it is. My biggest complaint is with their computers. I paid to connect and in English, but I couldn't type anything without Japanese coming across. Other than that, nothing... More

We had booked a Happy Magic Room for my son. This room has hidden gadgets, such as the Magic Mirror and the Secret Key. So fantastic! More

We were there with family of 4 (2 kids age of 6 and 2). As we planned to visit both Disneyland and DisneySea for one day each. We've then booked the Hilton Tokyo Bay hotel as it is one of the nearest hotel by the Disneyland. We first went there simply for a 'hotel'. But, when we first reached there... More

I stayed here with family. We had booked a room for six of us, and when we arrived they provided us with an upgrade free of charge. The hotel is a short walk from one of the Disney stations, and if you're feeling really lazy you can get a Mickey Bus to it which takes about 15 seconds. Staff are... More

I am glad that they allowed us to check-in to our room at 9+ am although the actual check-in time is 3pm. This is a blessing after an overnight flight of 7 hours & we were very much exhausted. It is well-known that the subway or train route in Tokyo is very complicated for a foreigner. I have difficulties understanding... More

My husband and I had a great time at the Hilton Tokyo Bay while we were visiting for a few days to go to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. It is in a great location, breakfast was good for buffet style (but I am biased because I had free breakfast with my diamond status). We really enjoyed the offering of "late... More

This is what we would call an “Off Property Disney Hotel” here in Florida. That means it doesn’t carry the Disney name but it is a really nice hotel that caters to the Disney crowd. It is right across the street from the Disney monorail station. Really a nice place. One negative is that it is not close to anything... More

We spent 2 nights in the Hilton Tokyo Bay with our two young daughters, as a base for visits to Disneyland and Disney Sea. The room (Twin Deluxe) was plenty big enough, with space for all of us. Very convenient to the monorail and Disney. Points to note: - ATM in the hotel (and at Disney) doesn't accept international cards...... More

My ten year old son and I spent three (3) nights at the Tokyo Bay Hilton along with two other families while visiting Tokyo Disneyand and DisneySea. The rooms are spartan and very clean. There is no English channel tv and the hotel appears to have a ripoff policy concerning the beds. Our room had two (2) twin sized beds... More
