I guess this is true of all the Disney hotels at Tokyo Disney...THERE IS NO WIFI available anywhere--not even for an exorbitant fee. Okay fine, you're supposed to be on vacation, do you have to be connected the whole time? No, but there is also no business center available! Ok so if I needed to transfer money or go online... The Tokyo Disneyland hotel is the best way to experience the Tokyo Disney Resort! My husband and I stayed in the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel and visited the two Tokyo parks last month (June 2015) for the first time, and absolutely fell in love with all of it! Everything about this hotel is magical. First, we arrived to the hotel by... More

Poor Reception Service. Poor level of English cannot go beyond basic requests and queries. Error by staff cost us JPY600 park date change penalty. They acknowledge that it is their staff error, but says we have to pay for the staff error! Lack of logic here! The only hotel in the world so greedy they would not absorb the error... More

We stayed in a concierge level alcove room with a park view. The check-in process was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel, even having stayed in several other Disney properties. The room was lovely, the amenities were nicely appointed and we did have in-room wifi (although it was subpar - we are used to that being residents of... More

A very nice hotel. The room was great including the view of the park. Very service mindes staff with that made effort to speak english. The early 15 to the parks are very useful. The only thing that was not great was the breakfast that lacked western alternatives.

This hotel is such a great place to stay. Facilities are impressive. The staff are fantastic. The location to the park is a 3 minute walk and monorail right out front to Disney Sea. The only negative was the food. I think for the price you pay they could improve the food selection somewhat. Maybe adding a wider variety of... More

One of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail in the hotel and the rooms was really wonderful. So very easy to visit Disneyland and Disneysea. I loved every minute we were in this hotel.

This is a must do Disney. It is a beautiful hotel with a Grand Floridian style. If you stay at this hotel you also have access to the parks an additional 15 early. We stayed in an alcove room using DVC points. It was a very cute room not overly Disney but had accents to remind you where you were!

Overall this hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. You cannot beat the access to Disneyland and monorail. The beauty of the hotel is amazing and there is a store within the hotel that allows for food and drink purchases. Room service was good and the amount of food might be worth trying to share a... Stayed in one of the front corner rooms with a balcony. Great spot to watch the fireworks from on our first night. Beautiful hotel, great experience. Wish we'd tried the food from the restaurants. The gift shop and convenience store were very handy. Loved getting special Disney goodies to take home too. The kids loved their special slippers and toiletries.
