We spent my birthday at the Tokyo Disneyland hotel. Loved every minute of it. Mickey and Minnie left a birthday message for me the morning of my message. Disneyland is a whole new experience when you stay here.

The hotel just doesn't seem ready for only English-speaking guests... we did a painful pre-check-in (which took over an hour but seemed to mean nothing because they then insisted that we check-in again when we returned at 5pm, including even photocopying our passports again bizarrely) and the reception staff struggled to understand us. They also gave us our resort railcards... More

We booked a Superior Alcove Room, as it was the cheapest option available for a family of 4(2A2C) at the time of booking. (You can only book 6 months out, and rooms go super fast.) First time staying at any Disney hotel, and was pleasantly surprised. You can also book your themed park restaurant priority seating one month out, once... More

Location and service are the two that stands out for this hotel. Can't beat being right infront of Disneyland and being able to go in Disneyland 15min early. My biggest complaint it we booked the Alice in Wonderland room and the decoration was pitiful. There was absolutely nothing special about the room except for a couple wall paintings with Alice,... Family has seen looking forward to stay on this traditional Disneyland Hotel. Not a Japanese Speaking family, but find no issues at all communicating through out our stay. Hotel staff is extremely friendly, and located just 3mins walk from main Disneyland theme park is an advantage. It does not come with Magic Hour, but it does provide Happy 15mins to... More

Behold, the magnificient grandeur of the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel. It's designed to take your breath away as you approach it...inside, the hotel is beautifully furnished, with the quirky, whimsical Disney touches. We booked the Standard Superior Alcove Room (Park View) for our family of 4 (2A2C). I made the booking in September and even then, there weren't many rooms available.... More

Having been to disneyland hotels in Hong Kong and Paris, I was disappointed with 2 things in this hotel: the buffet breakfast was limited and below-par in terms of range, the same problem plaguing the merchandise store. The 24-hr convenience store was an interesting feature - i guess because of that the usual complimentary bottles of mineral water were conspicuously... More

This was our first time staying on site at a Disney hotel in Japan and it was wonderful. From the moment you get off at Maihama station, you could feel Disney in air. Music was playing and people were just having an overall awesome time. We arrived on the later side, so there wasn't much of a crowd. Check in... More

Wow, just wow. This hotel was amazing! We stayed for three nights in November and loved every thing about it. We were an English mother/daughter tourist combo (cannot speak Japanese at all) who decided to make Tokyo Disneyland part of our Japan holiday and we weren't disappointed. Check-in is at 15:00 and no earlier but when we arrived at 12:00... More

Just got back from 2 nights at the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel. While the location is great, the rooms were spacious and very clean, I was not at all impressed. This place to me felt like my great grandmothers house... very formal and proper and not very kid friendly. There is nothing that is screaming Disney other than the very small... More
