We got a room that accommodated 5, a rarity for tokyo I think. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed. The shuttle bus takes 15 min to the disney parks. Which is honestly the same as staying at any hotel within the resort because you still need to walk to the station and take a train to the park which takes... More

I will definitely stay here again ... location of Hotel is quite isolated , plenty of buildings near the hotel but is like a ghost town :) few people/vehicle in the street, very quite :) .. nearest resto around 500 mts (korean bbq, chinese resto and french bakery shop) ...... Finding reasonably priced accomodation for 2 adults and 3 children in Toyko isn't easy. Finding a single room to accomodate 5 people is practically impossible. Imagine my surprise when I found a *Disney Partner* hotel that would accomodate 2 adults and 3 children in a single room for 12400 yen per night (my youngest daughter was young enough to stay... Traveling with a combined total of 11 people can have its challenges, not least of which is finding accommodations that can fit more than 2 people per room in many hotels. My family was thrilled to find the reasonably priced Palm and Fountain Terrace, which could accommodate up to 4 people per room. This saved us a lot of money... More

We went in 5 adults and were very disappointed by the size of the room. If you request a room for 5 adults in a pricey Disney partner hotel (not as much as the official Disney hotels, but still...), you expect a big enough room for your luggage, and a wardrobe for your stuffs. The room is really small, Ive... More

After a good experience in choosing a family-accommodation for our Paris Disneyland holiday, we decided on choosing something similar where the 6 of us could stay in one room. P&F is managed by the same group that run Tokyo Disneyland. This has lots of advantages; there's a Disney store on site, free daily transit to Disneyland (and it's railway station),... More

I have now used this hotel twice for accommodating school groups while visiting Japan and highly recommend it. We book it as a base for programmed days at Toyko Disney and is perfect for this purpose. The free shuttle bus runs regularly from the hotel to Disneyland and provides timely access. Rooms are spacious, well kept, clean and tidy. A... More

Came with friends and stayed in the quad sharing room. Very clean and comfortable. Pretty close to tokyo disneyland and the odaiba and tokyo bay malls. Free shuttle service to disneyland and disneysea. awesome toilets and bath but usual small japanese standards. Breakfast was the same everyday of my 3 day stay. Only the churros flavour changed... We stay in this Fountain Terrace hotel for 3 nights in July 2012. We had a four-single-bed room. Hotel has only 5 floor but each floor consist of 98 rooms. It is closer to Shinurayasu station than Maihama station. Arriving at shinurayasu station, We recommend taking taxi from shinurayasu station to hotel, and will cost you around 800-900 yen for... I always come stay here during a trip to Tokyo because this hotel is great if you want to visit Disneyland and/or Disneysea. The staff are really friendly and the both hotels are in very good condition. The rooms are big enough, and always clean. There is a free shuttle bus that goes to both Disneyland and Disneysea, and this... More
