The hotel is very nice and convenient to Disneyland with free shuttle bus. BUT. Very Japanese oriented. Breakfast does not cater for westerners nor does reception. No one at the hotel spoke sufficient English so we found it frustrating checking in and out. Restaurants and bars have no menus or wine lists in English. I found that hard to comprehend... More

Amazing rooftop restaurant and bar Very friendly. The rooms are spectacular with the amazing Tokyo skyline at night and day. The food is amazing and the staff try very hard even with a lack of communication due to language differences. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended stay for trip to Disney. The hotel is conveniently located next to Shin-Urayasu station with convenience store around. Hotel is a partner hotel of Disney and free-shuttle to&from Disney is available. We stayed for 2 nights at the Premium floor. Service - excellent. Though the staff cannot speak English well, they tried their best to answer our queries.... More

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Shin-urayasu station. So it allows you to travel to Tokyo Disney Land (which we haven't done) or Odaiba (we visited Miraikan) very easily by train. Also restaurant, convenience storen, shops and a delartment store are close by. Our room is rather spatious for Tokyo standards (convenient because we are sleeping with 5... More

Staff were excellent and rooms were really nice and spacious even for family of 4. They even had a leg massager! The building did sway slightly in very high winds which was a bit unnerving. Website was a little hard to navigate in English.

I stayed at the suite and the rooms were clean, electric beds, free drinks, Bali style rooms were very comfortable but the price was a bit expensive at ¥50,000 per night for a 80m2 room. However, the front desk lady was rude at check out and extremely unhelpful on top of spending more that 30 minutes total to check in... More

My 2 girlfriends and I stayed here on a Friday night after an action packed day at Tokyo Disney. The hotel service, cleanliness are excellent, as expected from a Japanese establishment. But the size of the rooms will surprise you! We had the Room Danran, which has two 120cm beds and a sofa bed. The beds were high quality and... More

Upon checking in, we encountered a problem. Our reservation couldn't be found. It took a while to find out what the problem was. We changed our check-in date, however the hotel did not update the change in their system. Our booking was still on the previous arrival date. While were waiting, hotel staff tried to make us feel confortable. In... More

Handy hotel when visiting Tokyo Disney. Rooms are clean and larger than your average Japanese hotel room. Unfortunately the mini-bar fridge wasnt too cold so the staff replaced all the items with cold ones. There is handy shopping close by and the courtesy bus was excellent and easy to get to the park. We also tried the Tepanyaki on the... More
