Probably the most efficient check in to the hotel, the staff are really friendly, and helpful. To save money on food, you can purchase from the combini from the first floor (it has the typical onigiri, and some other food that can be heated up). They also sell cute Disney merchandise (food and travel stuff If you missed out on... More

We booked 2 nights here to facilitate our visit to Disneyland and Disneysea tokyo. It hotel has the shuttle bus to both parks every few minutes interval throughout the day (as long as the park is open). I am not sure if you are able to walk to the park from the hotel because the shuttle bus took quite long... More

I am disappointed with the service from the hotel. To begin with, i had reserved the Donald rooms for my best friend and her son using my credit card. I had called them to verify if the guests can use their int credit card to make the payment upon check out. I was given a YES as a reply. However,... More

The hotel is located right at Ikspiari and you can access shops and restaurants immediately via the hotel courtyard. Room was very large. Very comfortable. Bell svc staff excellent. Quite happy with our stay. I'd give it another 1/2 star if I could -- We spent 5 nights at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel prior to staying at the Ambassador and that... More

As a family of 3 adults and a baby, we chose a room at this hotel, which had to be booked months in advance. We were very impressed with the room size, which was considered big with 2 double bed and an extra sofa bed. The hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to Disneyland. However, there is... More

We stayed in 2 Minnie Mouse rooms which had good quality fittings and a nice view over the pool to the volcano. Check in was excellent, we were directed to the Ambassador lounge, given a drink and everything arranged for our visit. I really liked that when there are queues for guest services and check out a concierge checks what... More

Checkin was a mess. No signs from train to direct you to the hotel. No Disney employees to help point you in the right direction. No bell service to help with bags. No help from front desk to print tickets. I was told to come back down at 7am to print my park tickets. 75 minutes to order Room Service... More

This was our second stay at the Ambassador, which now may be the third-ranking hotel at the Tokyo Disney Resort (after the construction of the Mira Costa and the Disneyland Hotel) but is still a beautiful and well-equipped facility, with impressive art deco theming. Notably, its use of buses instead of the monorail was rarely an issue - they run... More

We were scheduled to sail on the Princess Diamond on Oct 6th and decided to stay at the Ambassador hotel for 5 nights prior to the cruise. We used our DVC points for 2 rooms. The front desk attendant spoke English fairly well and answered all of our questions. We didn't request connecting rooms, but they were adjoining rooms overlooking... More

Duration of stay: 3 nights (11 August/14 August) Booking process and check-in/check-out: Ah, the booking process, now that's a story apart. Slightly reminiscent of planning our WDW trip a couple of years ago. We had to get up in the middle of our European night to secure our three nights stay during one of the busiest weeks of the year... More
