We stayed in 2 Minnie Mouse rooms which had good quality fittings and a nice view over the pool to the volcano. Check in was excellent, we were directed to the Ambassador lounge, given a drink and everything arranged for our visit. I really liked that when there are queues for guest services and check out a concierge checks what... More

Checkin was a mess. No signs from train to direct you to the hotel. No Disney employees to help point you in the right direction. No bell service to help with bags. No help from front desk to print tickets. I was told to come back down at 7am to print my park tickets. 75 minutes to order Room Service... More

This was our second stay at the Ambassador, which now may be the third-ranking hotel at the Tokyo Disney Resort (after the construction of the Mira Costa and the Disneyland Hotel) but is still a beautiful and well-equipped facility, with impressive art deco theming. Notably, its use of buses instead of the monorail was rarely an issue - they run... More

We were scheduled to sail on the Princess Diamond on Oct 6th and decided to stay at the Ambassador hotel for 5 nights prior to the cruise. We used our DVC points for 2 rooms. The front desk attendant spoke English fairly well and answered all of our questions. We didn't request connecting rooms, but they were adjoining rooms overlooking... More

Duration of stay: 3 nights (11 August/14 August) Booking process and check-in/check-out: Ah, the booking process, now that's a story apart. Slightly reminiscent of planning our WDW trip a couple of years ago. We had to get up in the middle of our European night to secure our three nights stay during one of the busiest weeks of the year... More

Overall had a nice stay at the hotel, we had a superior room with huge and amazing comfortable bed. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, as was the bathroom. The bathroom is my practical and doesn't offer much ambiance for a relaxing soak after a day at the park, but then it's more geared towards families. I was little... More

Arrived early morning in Japan and go directly via airport limo bus to the hotel. Check in time is 16:30 pm which I found strange, so we left our luggage, get freshen up (they don't have a guest lounge) so the only place to go is the hotel toilet. Went to Disneyland with the shuttle bus. After a whole "magic"... More

I did not have the chance to enjoy the added amenities including spa and food offerings, but I can recommend the hotel as a good place to sleep. Clean, quiet, and with newspaper service in the morning (check out was also a breeze). I stayed in a room with three beds - each, smaller than a Queen. The room was... More

Stayed here two nights to celebrate my daughters 5th birthday. First time for my family to stay in a disney hotel and we loved every minute of it. We stayed in the standard room and it was huge, by far the biggest I have evere seen in Japan. Same size of rooms that one would expect in US. Great selection... More

This hotel is excellent. The room was spacious and had separate shower and toilet rooms. They replaced 100% of the toiletries and everything every day, even the slippers, which is crazy. The hotel provided pajamas as well! I checked in upon getting off the metro and left my bags to go to the park, which was extremely convenient. When you... More
