I travel to Japan most fall seasons for the Japanese Motop race at Motegi. I always book on-line and for the last few years rather than staying at Holiday Inn Prince ,or larger chains I tried the Marroad. $100 dollars per extra for internet $10 but all good. I usually stay Tuesday and Wednesday then head up to the Tobu... More

I made my reservation at the airport (1st floor next to info center desk). You can catch the hotel shuttle bus outside the airport and it is only 10-15 mins ride. When you get there, get your passport ready, your reservation form and your credit card. You have to pay upfront. The single room is big with 1 full size... More

Our flight was delayed from Narita so we were sent to this airport for one night. The hotel looks nice from outside and it's very convenient to the airport. The check in process was very quick and without any drama. The front desk personnel were very efficient and friendly. The room is average. Not very big but clean. The rooms... More

Stayed here for 1 night only. Very average room and hotel. In need of renovation as room looks very old. A small supermarket is located near lobby and they sold varieties of drinks, food and some souvenirs. The location is quite good as it's near the airport.

Hotel reception staff horrible. Check in at 1 and not a second before. Perhaps a language and cultural barrier had something to do with it. For a hotel that caters to international travellers they are pretty bad at communication. Basically its cheap, bus from airport is good but don't expect much. Agree with the previous post about the hotel being... More

Terrible Hotel! I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel hallways smell bad and so do the rooms. All the furniture in the room was dated and worn out. The only good things were were kind and courteous staff and the restaurant food.

Room is clean, but seem like air con is not work properly. Location is good if you're on the way to airport as it's only 10 minute ride, but if you plan to go to Tokyo this is too far. But there are some hotel shuttle bus to airport almost every 30 min until 22:35 and last bus from Narita... More

The hotel really needs to renovate. Rooms look very old and creepy , they try to make the room cozy by making the light dim, but it look more scary rather than making it look elegant. If you plan to stay longer i suggest you find someplace else, because you wont be able to sleep well at night. Another thing... More

The best bit about the stay was the convenience - regular shuttle buses from both terminals of the airport and into Narita town. Only ten minutes on the bus from the hotel. The room was very tired. The hotel badly needs updating. However, having said that, it was a comfortable stay. The TV had Japanese channels, but you could by... More

I stayed at the hotel for five nights, very handy for the airport. The room we stayed in was a little compact but not complaining, the breakfast was good with a good variety. The staff were very helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. The shuttle is also very efficient. The two things that let this hotel down were the... More
