We stayed at 8 different hotel in Japan, and this was the worst and most terrible one among these hotels. Actually it is not hotel, like a house but not. Wifi connection is terrible, most of time it is not working. The manager is aggrassive and unpolite. There is no breakfast even with money. They say they have tea and... More

I agree, this hotel was the worst of my whole trip and I tested 8 different ones. The manager was not even able to fix the internet and I had to insist for half an hour, finally he just had to restart it. Where is no breakfast and what the manager calls „tee and coffee“ is ridiculous, where are only... More

This place is as cold and damp as the owner/manager. The guy is weird and obsessive and rude! DO NOT ever stay here, you will HATE it!!!

I totally agree with all the bad rates for Azure. Yes, the interior is quite stylish and it's clean, but that's all!! No microwave, hot water for coffee or tea only for a short period of time in the morning. No tissues, windows that cannot be opened in the room, the owner taking a one hour shower every night at... Is this hotel really a hotel in Japan? It has doubted it. There is no morality. The employee attitude is too bad. After all, the charge rose only because of the addition, too. Is the quality of the service of Japan such bad? It was cheated by the photograph and the price. A high quality hotel is how much. cheap... More

As a first-timer in Japan, I was a wee bit apprehensive with how tourists would be received. These worries were immediately dispelled after my stay at the AZURE. Although a bit hard to locate initially, we were greeted with tasteful modern decor, a calm atmosphere and a homely western touch. The proprietor appeared a bit standoffish at first, but after... Unfriendly staff, very simple rooms with bunkbeads and a sleepingbag style sheet. The windows cannot be opened or shielded from the early morning sun - which rises around 430 a.m. in June. The price seems good at first, but then you have to pay for everything extra. Towels, hairdrayer (!), internet, and charges for credit card. Worst place we stayed... More

This property is nice, however the manager made my experience horrible. Customer service was beyond horrible and you're basically treated like he's "letting you stay", not as a customer. There are so many posted and unposted prohibitions at Azure it's not even funny. The lounge and TV is not really there for you to use. The manager lays down in... More

Fistly, I would say don't go there especially for women!! The website says that there are a lot of women customers, so I trusted the information and went there by myself. But actually there were all men when I went to there. The owner was absolutely damn. He isn't kind at all and he was sleeping on the bench at... More
